It consists of a living room with 2 double sofa beds, an open plan kitchen, a big fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, a beautiful balcony with sea view and a covered parking place for a stress-free stay.

Plus the residence has a not heated swimming pool for adults and children and 2 elevators, located right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia, in the close proximity of the cycle-lane, which binds the downtown with Bibione Pineda.

° Not included - Mandatory to be paid in cash on site:
-Tourist tax: 1.15eur per person per day applies to all guests aged 4 and above.

Guests must ensure the kitchen is left clean, with no unwashed dishes, leftover food, or trash remaining in the apartment.
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.
