«Palmer’s Guest House was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people to stay in. The rustic interiors were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Kristin was very accommodating and threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and a voucher to the restaurant. We had the Sunday Brunch and it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in San Marcos.»

«The house itself was very rustic.There were both good and bad. The bed downstairs was comfortable. The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. «The place was super cute, clean and host very responsive. We had an issue with the door i sent a text and someone was there within maybe 10 min to fix it. It wasn't a lake view but the lake was very close. As soon as we arrived we saw deer in the back and a coyote we named Roxanne. The kitchen had everything we needed to grill, cook and bake. And if you forget anything thre is a grocery sote 3 minutes away.»
