«Great guesthouse to stay at. Clean and comfortable. Host was great with communication and information. Right next to Palmers which is a great restaurant and bar , and within walking distance the downtown area. Everything was excellent and we would definitely stay here again . »

«The house itself was very rustic.There were both good and bad. The bed downstairs was comfortable. The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. Just something that should have been done beforehand.I can say the check out was easy and pain free. Where the property fell short was in the communication. The first day the toilet, bathroom sink as well as the kitchen ...

Soothing hot tub and relaxing views by the firepit were one of the best ways to enjoy the quiet TX countryside. Would also be plenty of room for 4 if needed. The extra half bath and study cokes in handy for getting ready on the go. Great use of space for all around comfort. »
