«Bathroom was disgusting. Bad fishy smell any time the shower or sink was used. Toilet would leak water at the base. The shower would leak all over the floor. The sink would leak from the handles.
The gym also didn’t have weights.
Our room key cards would stop working every single day, forcing us to reset them at the front desk.»

«Pictures are deceiving. The hotel is clean, staff is excellent; breakfast provided (in another nearby hotel) was ok. This hotel is near central plazas and great care has gone into decorating the rooms. But the pictures and name are deceiving. The rooms are extremely small. Each room has 2 floors with a narrow and curving staircase that a child or older adult could fall from. The bathroom is on the first floor. There is no AC, but they provide a stand alone fan or a portable AC system - ...

«Pros: it’s a charming beautifully historical & designed hotel. Anna at the front desk was amazing.
Cons: Onsite garage? 100 pesos & about 6 blocks away.
No elevator is true, but 3 flights up? A little difficult with luggage and 2 dogs.
The room was an oven. Anna brought us a portable A/C, it blew hot air, until she realized it was water cooled. She also brought a fan. After cold showers we were able to hit the sack.
Lovely shower, but drain was plugged.
Comfortable patio, except for the scent ...
