Hoteller nær San Lorenzo Headwaters Nature Preserve

«Second time staying at the property. This stay was in a smaller space, but room was just as comfortable, clean, and quiet.»

«As always, Excellent in all aspects !!! Thank you again»

«They only ding I have is that if you are staying on the 2nd floor, there is only one stairway, which is down to the lobby. So it made for a very long walk when the car was right outside our window. They only service rooms every 2nd day (I think), which they didn't tell us when we checked in. Breakfast was above average for such places--fresh pico de gallo and real fruit was much appreciated.»

«The staff was truly welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed for our brief stay in Los Gatos. We will book a room here again!»

«Veldig bra service ved mottagelse »

«Friendly staff, but a boring hotel.»

«Elendig Hotel , mye bråk fra gata, gamle rom med gammelt gulvteppe »

«Much older hotel… The staff was very non-accommodating… It was always know when you would ask a question and then you have to talk to them through it! The place was OK. It was a nice spot to walk downtown. The bar restaurant was totally dead and I think 35 bucks to park is ridiculous but that’s what hotels do. Icemaker did not work. Had to go to the bar downstairs not a big deal. There was a really bad smell in the sink probably the drain… More than likely would try a different hotel next time.»

«AC unit was leaking water all over the floor. We had to turn it off so we were uncomfortably warm. Even when turned off it still leaked so there was a dripping sound all night. The tile in the bathroom floor was cracked and raised thought it cut my foot but thankfully didn’t break the skin. Had to cover it with towels.»

«Breakfast as expected! Clean rooms»

«This was a nice property very convenient to the highway and airport. Room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was a nice touch and there are multiple dining options within walking distance. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.»

«We had a great time at this location. My family and I ( 2 adults, 2 kids under 5 ) all loved the cabin we stayed in. It felt cozy in a way that hotels don't. We loved walking around all the natural area nearby and we got to see so many different species of birds and other critters. They had an activities area where you could play tetherball and badminton and even throw a horseshoe. Our favorite was the communal campfire there we met many people and had great long talks into the night. Can't wait ...

«Room was okay, carpets looked outdated and table had rust. Bed sheets were clean which was important.»

«Fine rom. Stille nabolag. Grei frokost. »

«So we checked in and the room we got was not functional we had no remote to the tv and the ac was not functioning. we called down to talk to the front desk but they told us they could give us the lobby remote but it may not work. and the room was muggy from the ac not working. Breakfast was Amazing the Kitchen Manager was soo good to us and made up for the horrible room experience. Never hav i had a manager anywhere treat us the way he did ! Made sure our glass was always full and attended to ...
