Conveniently located just 8 km (5 miles) from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport and only 10 minutes from the Puerto Rico Convention Center, you'll enjoy easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping, nightlife, and many of Puerto Rico's most popular attractions.



Designed for up to 2 guests, this apartment features one queen bed and one single sofa bed, a private bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Please note that this unit does not include a stove or oven.



This apartment is located on the second floor and does not have air conditioning. However, many guests find it comfortable thanks to its elevated location and natural ventilation. If you prefer cooler temperatures or rely on air conditioning during your stay, we recommend considering one of our other units.



Guests have access to their private apartment as well as the property's shared common areas. Our team is available through the Airbnb app throughout your stay and will always do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.



One of the best features of this apartment is its central location, making it easy to explore Old San Juan, the Convention Center, nearby beaches, and the city's vibrant dining and entertainment scene. Because we're located in an active urban area, you may occasionally hear street traffic or nearby construction during the day.



Please note that private parking is not available. Guests typically find street parking directly in front of the building, where there is usually space for up to four compact vehicles.



As Puerto Rico is a tropical island, it's normal to occasionally encounter insects such as mosquitoes, ants, or cockroaches, as well as local wildlife like lizards and tropical birds, despite our regularly scheduled professional pest control service. This is simply part of the Caribbean environment and does not necessarily indicate a cleanliness issue.



As with many areas of Puerto Rico, occasional water or power outages may occur due to maintenance, weather conditions, or the local utility providers. While these interruptions are beyond our control, our team will do everything possible to keep you informed and assist you should they occur during your stay.



Before checking out, we kindly ask that you dispose of any trash and leave the apartment in good condition. After every stay, our team performs a detailed inspection to ensure the apartment is ready for the next guest. Guests are responsible for any missing, damaged, or heavily stained items beyond normal wear and tear. A detailed list of replacement costs is available in our House Rules.
