Prepare to be amazed by this stunning two-story mansion spanning 4000 square feet, featuring a remarkable seven bedrooms. The second floor provides unobstructed views of the ocean, creating the perfect backdrop for each room. Situated just a short walk from a popular windsurfing beach and only ten minutes from the airport, this home is conveniently located in San Juan, surrounded by an abundance of excellent restaurants and lively bars, ensuring a lively stay.

Ideal for sharing with another family, this residence is a luxurious retreat. Public scooters are readily available nearby, allowing you to effortlessly explore the neighboring restaurants and coffee shops.

With brand-new high-end furnishings, including a lavish sectional sofa seating twelve, a splendid dining area on the first floor for eight, and a charming marble-topped dining spot on the second floor for six, this home is both elegant and comfortable. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine with starter capsules. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor.

On the first floor, you'll find well-appointed bedrooms. One room features two queen-size beds with private bathroom which can connect to a King size suite with another private bathroom– a perfect setup for families. Two additional king-size master suites with private bathrooms and to complete the first floor.

Upstairs, the second floor offers breathtaking ocean views. Step onto the balcony with its inviting swing, and make use of the kitchenette, equipped with a small fridge, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. The second floor houses three bedrooms – two king rooms and one double room with two queen-size beds. The master suite boasts an incredible open shower concept with ocean views from every window. A wrap-around terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. A staircase connects the first-floor pool area, allowing easy access. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and shower. The second-floor terrace offers unobstructed ocean views and a serene space to unwind.

Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy cable TV and flat-screen TVs on every room. Comfort is paramount, with pillow-top mattresses, high-thread-count sheets, beach chairs, pool floaters, and umbrellas. For cooler days, the pool can be heated, and the outdoor BBQ gazebo and patio cooler/beverage cart are perfect for poolside enjoyment. Outdoor speakers enhance the atmosphere in the pool area.

The Property was excellent and the host was even better. Each room is very private with your own bathroom and TV. The house is literally a one minute walk to the beach. A bigger beach is 1/4 a mile to the west. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of table space. The pool and grill were also excellent. There were plenty of Restaurants within walking distance to the east and west. I highly recommend the BistroCafe. We ate there twice. The host always responded to anything we needed immediately. Sergio with Fixatrip can line you up with any trip you need. I highly recommend driving to the rain forest. The island is very pretty and its the safest I have ever felt on a Caribbean Island. A cop literally drives by the house every tens minutes!

The Villa Azure was absolutely beautiful, and perfect for our large group of friends. Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, necessary amenities, and Lilybeth was beyond accommodating. It was steps from the beach, as well as a great location to local bars, restaurants, and easy to get to Old San Juan. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again on our next group trip to PR! We had a wonderful stay with Lillybeth! The house is beautiful, easily accommodated lots of people with large gathering spaces. The pool was beautiful and well used by our crew. The area has walkable restaurants, coffee and grocery stores. The beach was also beautiful and an easy walk from the house. We had all ages from 1-80 and all enjoyed the space! Would definitely stay here again!

Great property, loved our stay

This property is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the close location to so many different activities and restaurants. The home itself is well appointed, and more than suitable for a very large group! Lilybeth is outstanding to work with, and communicates very well. The kitchen is very well supplied, the beds are comfortable, and nearly every bedroom has its own bathroom. The showers have amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water for everyone! The pool is large with appropriate seating and lounges. We would definitely stay with Lilybeth again.

We had some issues but we worked thru them with the owner. Although I would have given a slight refund back.We had no hot water for 3 rooms upstairs for several days. We were told several times that we did, but can tell you that when 3 of say we don’t why would you keep saying we don’t.There was also tree trimming done on our 2nd to last day over the pool which we could not use. This was the house next door but it fell in our pool. Not useable.I loved the location, we were literally like a block to the ocean

Great villa on the beach

Our family tries to take a vacation together every 6 to 12 months. We like to escape the cold weather and go someplace warm. Villa Azure is an excellent choice. The host were very accommodating and responsive. We had ages 2 to 67. Beach, restaurants, and supermarket are all walkable. Our four grandchildren loved swimming in the pool that is heated if needed. Check in and check out was fast and smooth. Keyless entry to the gate leading to the property is very convenient when you have a lot of people staying there. We were excited to hear that they own the property next-door and are going to renovate it also. We would certainly come back to Villa Azure again.

Stylish and comfortable right by the beach

Lovely home! Each bedroom has a bathroom and the location is great. Quiet and away from traffic and congestion, but just a short drive away from Condado and Old Town and short (tiny) walk right onto the beach. Really great place and I'll stay there again.

Birthday celebration

I recently stayed at this VRBO for my birthday celebration, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The host was amazing, providing excellent communication throughout the entire process. She made sure we had all the information we needed and even went above and beyond by connecting us with a local chef for in-house dining and helping us organize all the adventures we wanted to do. The property itself was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay comfortable and memorable. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an action-packed vacation, this is the perfect place. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with an exceptional host.

Great place!

This place was perfect for our large group of 14. Everyone had their own space but the common areas were large and a great place to gather. There were restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Barbadoa restaurant which was less than 10 minute walk. Pool was great also. Beaches close by. All in all great location. Only negative was problems with not getting hot water in the showers but owner did address this.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Azure. We had 3 generations celebrating a birthday. The house looks amazing. Plenty of rooms and places to relax. The location was great....just steps away from a beach. The house had lots of amenities for the pool and beach (floats, beach chairs and beach umbrellas). Lilybeth was a super nice and friendly host. She helped us with transportation and a private chef.

30th Anniversary

My family and I spent my 30th Anniversary in this home and it was none short of amazing!! Lilybeth was the perfect host. The home is very modern and up to date. Very spacious and comfortable for our party of 11. Literally steps from the beach and close to everything. We had an amazing time and plan to return.

Best way to celebrate a special birthday

Thank you for hosting us in Mid March. I am still recovering from the relaxation. This is a perfect location to relax; have your own en suite room; a block from the ocean; great views; relaxing house. The pool area was awesome and the host set us up with Fix A Trip PR and i was able to do all my excursion bookings with Sergio and it was awesome.Tell him Nancy Jones sent you:) We booked Chef Janice for ny bday meal. She was excellent! Highly recommend a boat ride and distillary tour (was so fun!) The grocery store is close by but if you eat out the food is excellent. Don't forget to hit the casino. You won't go wrong renting this villa. If you see something call the host- very attentive. I hope you have a wonderful time like we did. Blessings!!!
