⭐️*****BEWARE OF INSECTS AT THE BEACH***** ⭐️
Puerto Rico and the Caribbean are waiting for you. As in any beach in the Caribbean, there is a possibility of being bitten by insects while at the beach. Insects like the Sand Bite (Family Ceratopogonidae) which are endemic to the Caribbean are commonly known as no-see-ums, gnats, sand fleas, punkies, sand fly or bitten midgets. These tiny biting insects are barely visible to the naked eye, but their bites can be very annoying. The bite of a sand bites is actually a sting. The effects can be felt several hours after being bitten and are not harmful to human health. A small reddish or white welt, about the size of a freckle is a sure sign you have been bitten.
The best way to avoid being bitten is to spray with repellent when you are outside. They are most active during the mornings and evenings.
Use OFF Repellent to avoid being bitten so you can enjoy your vacation bite-free!

1 - ****NO VISITORS ALLOWED.
2 - ALL GUEST MUST BE REGISTER WITH THEIR FULL LEGAL NAME. IF THIS IS NOT PROVIDE THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCEL WITHOUT A REFUND.
3 - PLEASE DO NOT STAIN OUR TOWELS NOR OUR BED LINENS. DO NOT USE THEM TO WIPE BLOOD, TO TAKE OFF MAKE-UP, TO CLEAN THE FLOORS, ETC. WE WILL HOLD THE DEPOSIT TO COVER THE EXPENSES.
4 - WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE, UPON CHECK OUT , TAKE OUT YOUR GARBAGE. INCLUDING BATHROOM, KITHCHEN, ETC. THE TRASH ROOM IS ON THE WAY OUT RIGHT BEFORE THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE COMPLEX.
5 - STRICTLY NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. (CIGARRETTES, ELECTRONIC CIGARRETTES, MARIHUANA, ETC. NO DRUGS ALLOWED,
6- STRICTLY NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. AND NO CONFETTI!!!
7- PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE AROUND THE HOUSE.
8 - DO NOT HANG TOWELS OR CLOTHS ON THE RAILING - $150 WILL BE CHARGE!!!.
9 - THE OWNERS AND THE MANAGER ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILNESSES THAT OCCUR WHILE IN THE HOUSE OR FACILITIES. IN ADDITION, THEY ARE NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR VALUABLES OF THE GUEST.
10 - THE PROPERTY AND ALL FURNITUR MUST BE KEPT IN GOOD CONDITION. IF ACTS OF VANDALISM OR DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY BELONGING ARE FOUND, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME WILL BE INVOICED.
11- DURING YOUR STAY, TOWELS ADN BED LINEN ARE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS, WHICH MUST BE DELIVERED IN THE SAME CONDITIONS IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED. IF ANY ITEM IS MISSING OR DAMAGE, THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME WILL BE BILLED.
12 - THE HOUSE MUST BE DELIVERED IN THE SAME CONDITIONS IN WHICH IT WAS RENTED.
13 - LOST HOUSE OR BEACH KEY - $150 FEE REPLACEMNT.
14 - WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSIONS.
15 - LAST BUT NOT LEAST, BRING YOUR POSITIVE ATTIDUDE AND GOOD VIBES! WE ARE SURE YOU WILL HAVE ONCE IN A LIFITIME EXPERIENCE HERE AS LONG AS YOU KNOW TO ENJOY LIFE, NATURE AND PIECE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH.
