The Space:
The Villa has three separate Ocean Front units but you will have access to the four-bedroom Main House•• steps to the beautiful and sandy shore of Kikita Beach – a unique and beautiful property so close to the ocean it will take your breath away. The property boasts seven bedrooms each with a Queen Bed; five bathrooms, two separate kitchens, and two laundry facilities. The private pool is oceanfront and a great place to relax and enjoy the refreshing water combined with beautiful ocean views. The roof (accessible via a staircase) is another great place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. It’s complete with outdoor furniture and miles of ocean views North, West, and East.
The main house:
••consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Ocean views abound throughout. The upstairs master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a private balcony. You will enjoy the large kitchen and dining room with seating for eight. Just off the dining room is an outside deck complete with a four-burner bar-b-q grill and views to die for. The spacious laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

• Rodriguez Minimart is a block away and has a little bit of everything.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the Main House with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with the private pool. They will also enjoy lounging on the roof (accessible via a staircase) complete with outdoor furniture and ocean views for miles into the North, West, and East.
The Neighborhood:
Beautiful ocean from community in Dorado Puerto Rico. This is not a gated community and there is no HOA. It is about a 10 10-minute drive from the world-famous Dorado Beach Resort.
Getting Around:
Parking is on the street in front of the house or on the vacant lot across the street. There is a one car garage but it is narrow and difficult to get in and out of do to the slope. Please note that there may be some work being done on the garage during the months of April 2024 through the Fall.
Other Things to Note:
Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.
Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.
If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be a pet fee.
This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.
If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
