Because this immaculately presented beachside haven will give up to 10 guests somewhere truly stunning to enjoy a vacation or special occasion. It includes staff (Housekeeper & Guards).

You will feel truly special from the moment you are welcomed to the luxury gated villa by your housemaid, who will be with you for the duration of your stay to help ensure you enjoy a wonderful time. There will also be two guards on duty 24/7 to ensure your security. And what a range of facilities and spaces there are for you to enjoy in 20,000 sq ft of a two-storied glory villa.

Downstairs is open plan and benefits from having plenty of different spaces where you can socialize together or find quiet areas for little groups of you to gather, or even quiet moments of solo reflection. Enjoy stunning views of the ocean and the mountains from many different vantage points.

Lounge & Dining Areas
There are lounge areas with the finest sofas and armchairs where you can all gather to watch your flat screen HDTV, or plan events for the next day, or even review what you got up to today. Also, there’s a smaller area with rocking chairs where you can sit in the sun with a good book or enjoy a doze.

There are dining areas too, the most striking the large circular table that can seat all 10 guests at once for a big meal, or maybe board games or cards. Other tables can host smaller groups of diners or players. The dining areas have direct views to bonsai gardens!

Kitchen
Casa Serena’s ultra-smart kitchen features high class cabinets and marble worktops playing host to top of the range appliances that will ensure you can cook and store everyone’s favorite food for the duration of your stay. There are laundry facilities too, so even if one of the children spoils their best top on the first day, it can be washed, dried and worn again. Here’s what’s included:
