I needed blanket and the keys were not working first time, there was no housekeeping. I had to go by myself to the reception to get things. There were no plates and forks/spoons at the breakfast. No one was concerned to add more plates and spoons

The hotel is great. Front staff were friendly and courteous. The room was big and very clean. Only thing is with 5 people it gets pretty muggy in there and the fan didnt seem to want to stay on. We couldnt get the room to cool down. The pool was good except it was very cold not heated. The area atound the hotel was nice easy walk to the light rail. Not much for food around the area. Overall great hotel with great breakfast

Staff were very efficient and helpful. Location is very close to the San Jose airport and convenient distance to downtown San Jose if you prefer not to stay downtown. We plan to stay here again with our future trips to San Jose.

I stayed at this property for 5 days with my fiancé and my mom. The first couple of days were nice but towards the end of our stay it was not as nice. They did a fire alarm test whilst we were there and it lasted longer than half an hour resulting in us moving to our vehicle to wait for the test to end. The walls were pretty thin to where we could hear the couple in the room next to us having their intimate time.

Don’t forget to reserve your airport shuttle IN ADVANCE! They fill up. Many hotels have eliminated airport shuttles, so the few that remain are popular. Reserve in advance!

Overall was happy with the accommodations, however our next door neighbor had dogs that barked periodically throughout the night and morning. Needless to say it was unexpected and made for disrupted sleep and a tired day.
