Hello Anonymous, Than you very much for your feedback we are doing our best for get better and better as we are a city hotel is noisy some times, but a very convenient location to go to the airport, Volcano Poas, volcano Arenal and so many places, we are working hard on make the expirience of the guest very accomodating, as you see we are doing renovations on the place on our plans we will makeing the glass of the rooms more thicker to isolate the noisy from the streets, we hope that you come back n the future and still enjoying our beatiful city Alajuela and our amenities. Thank you for your review, as you mentioned we are close to the airport but well located in the heart of Alajuela, just in front of the Central Park, and our neighbors are the historic Juan Santamaría Museum, the Juan Santamaría Park, and many other historic buildings. For your next trip our hotel will be totally renewed, because we are now working in have the best city and airport hotel for the next weeks.

Hello Matthew, thank you for your comments, our apologies because the inconvenience, we start a new administration on Dec 1st so there is a lot of things to fix, so we have a complete staff working in fix them all, in less than two weeks the hotel will be totally renovated and now our hot water is working at 100%. We promise your next visit to the hotel will be a better experience, with hot water, 32" smart TV`s, a full restaurant and many improvements.
