Supert hotell med gratis transfer til flyplassen
Supert hotell for siste natten. Renslige, helt greie rom med god plass til 4 personer, grei beliggenthet ift flyplassen. Rett over veien lå et kjøpesenter med foodcourt, og det var enkelt å skaffe seg mat. Frokosten var enkel, men helt grei. Som transporthotell var dette en innertier!!

The wifi never worked even after we called to report it several times, hair was found at the bathroom floor, safety box didnt work due to low battery. Front desk receptionist had a harsh attitude.

My recent stay at City Express by Marriott in San Jose, Costa Rica, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. From the moment I arrived, issues arose. The lift was out of order, forcing guests to navigate stairs with luggage. Additionally, the key card provided didn't work initially, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Further disappointments awaited inside the hotel. The vending machine, a convenient option for a quick snack or drink, was also out of order, limiting options for guests. To add to the frustration, during checkout, an unexpected extra charge of $20 was levied without prior notice or explanation. This lack of transparency left a sour taste in what was meant to be a pleasant stay. While the hotel's location and amenities may hold promise, these operational and service shortcomings significantly detracted from the overall experience. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed promptly to ensure a more satisfactory stay for future guests.

I was terrified of someone breaking into my room for reason and couldn’t sleep. I placed all my luggage by the door. In the middle of the night around 1 am someone opens the door suddenly. I called the front desk to report someone breaking in and they say it was the security. Is that even legal? I have never ever heard of a security guard walking into someone’s hotel room while sleeping. I couldn’t sleep rest if evening and my blood pressure was high. I felt very unsafe here

My stay was average. The ice machine was broken but it’s a clean environment. I was happy that there was an English speaker at the front desk. I didn’t get her name but she helped me book an amazing tour to La Paz Waterfall.

Rooms are not clean the bathroom was dirty, no water in the rooms, breakfast was not good at all. We could not get a good rest it was very noisy in could hear everything

This was my first time at this hotel. It has a nice shopping center and good dining options very close. Hotel is very clean and the breakfast has many options. What I did not like there was no refrigerator, ice bucket or glasses for the room and the tv only had two stations. The AC unit leaked down the wall and all over the floor. If you need the shuttle to the airport the hotel will charge you $20. I thought that this was outrageous and I got an Uber for $7.50. Will not be a repeat customer

Yo se que es un hotel tipo ejecutivo, sin nada de atractivo, pero ahora que es Marriott además de ser más caro, como que todo cambió a lo que era antes, menos cordial y más agringado, creo que esa era la intención. Por otra parte. El desayuno muy bueno.

All facilities are old. Bath towers are very old. The AC is very old, and the cold air it blows out is full of moldy smell. It was my worst experience staying the “hotel by Marriott”. It costs me $168 / night, for sure it is overpriced, and it is a motel instead.

Worse hotel of my life !
Worse hotel of my life. Smells bad. Looks really cheap .. I got bit by who knows what ! And tv did not work. Do not stay here ! It’s not worth it ! Hotels.com shouldn’t even be advertising this hotel.

They were short staffed and couldn’t manage , wifi didn’t work , we asked a million times and they didn’t do anything about it , none of the staff there speaks English properly , they are rude and it was such a dirty hotel, I found broken nail and fake lashes on the bed . It was an awful experience
