Exquisite, Ocean front, Contemporary Retreat

Enjoy this newly remodeled, upgraded retreat with all the advantages of a resort yet the ability to make yourself feel at home. This is a spacious ocean front one bedroom, large bath with two sinks, wide deck with outside sofa, chairs, dining table and a new Weber grill, comfortable modern kitchen, desk with ocean views, living room and full size washer/dryer suite. You can gaze into the ocean waves and sky from lying in your comfortable kingsize bed and both the bedroom and living room open up to a large balcony that overlooks the sea of Cortez. The TV system features over 1000 channels from around the world and there is a triple filtration water system in the kitchen and ice cube maker will give you peace of mind about drinking the delicious water.

A small boutique hotel is also located on the grounds so you can take advantage of their three delicious restaurants, spa, pickle ball and tennis courts, as well as 9 pristine pools with a swim up bar and a bar within the hotel.
You will feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of within the compound of Casa Del Mar's excellent staff.

The facility is located on a very low density section of the beach where the buildings are low and spread out and there are not many beach vendors. It is a very quiet beach compared to Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo proper (no rock and roll music and not many beach vendors). About half the year the beach is swimmable and the other half of the year you can walk 10 minutes down the beach to where there is a safe cove to swim year round. Every November through March you can see the great whales playing from your balcony most of the day. Fantastic snorkeling is only 5 miles in either direction of the resort in Chileno Bay or Palmilla Beach.
Beach chairs/towels and fins are provided for snorkeling or hanging out on the beach. Horse rides are common to view from the deck and easy to purchase.

Your comfortable, romantic get away is located half way between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo and this location couldn't be any better. It's easy to grab an Uber, taxi or bus from the resort into either town if you ever want to leave this quiet oasis.

Couples Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed several wonderful days here. The condo is extremely well finished, decorated and is a perfect amount of space. The balcony is large and frames a delightful view of the ocean line and mountains in backdrop. The Zoëtry amenities are equally nice (very short walk to pool) and parking is a breeze.The owners are sweet people who were super responsive and had flowers for us at arrival. They communicated well before our arrival and the instructions were clear. We hope to stay here again and recommend you also book a stay as well!

Beautiful, Quiet & Relaxing

Exactly what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle. The condo is wonderful, and the communication with Jill was above and beyond. The description is spot on and the pictures are what you get. We loved the location as it was right in the middle between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo which made getting to our favorite restaurants very convenient. The condo has an incredible view from the patio where we spent many hours just listening to the crashing waves. The condo basically has everything you need and if you decide you need other items the store is a short drive away. We really enjoyed the relaxed vibe of Casa Del Mar and the grounds are kept in great shape. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return.

Absolutely Perfect!

The condo is in a perfect spot! Located on the grounds of a hotel, you have access to the amenities while staying in a lovely, modern, well-appointed condo. The ocean view is spectacular, and we spent many hours on the patio. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Wonderfully romantic, cozy, hassle-free place to enjoy both Cabo and San Jose, Mexico. Ideal for a couple looking to take in the area without suffering through the more annoying touristy elements of a vacation. Loved it!!

Amazing property!

We can't say enough nice things about this amazing property. From the amenities, to the furnishings, everything was top drawer. The setting is breathtaking, you have an oceanview from the balcony. There was plenty of whale watching too! This property is perfect, we can't wait to go back and stay for a longer period of time.

Incredible Stay & Host!

I was highly impressed with the property. Shelley and Jill were exceptionally communicative, responsive, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to provide additional recommendations and proactively checked in to ensure a seamless check-in process and stay. I highly recommend this property and will undoubtedly choose it again on my next visit to Cabo. Luxury and Serenity in Los Cabos

We loved our time at Shelley's exquisite beach property. The unit is wonderfully equipped and luxuriously appointed. Any chef will enjoy the induction range and GreenPan cookware for gourmet meals, which can be served on the outdoor table overlooking the beach (and at this time of year, whales are visible just offshore). I highly recommend this listing for an idyllic beach vacation.

Oceanfront condo

Beautiful modern condo with the most fabulous view!! Come when the whales are migrating and you will see them from the balcony, great pool and restaurants and a quick Uber to San Jose. We felt very lucky to be able to have such lovely accommodations

What a lovely place!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The unit is clean and beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. The location to the beach/pools is great and all of the grounds are so well maintained and beautiful. We loved the sunsets and the whale watching from the balcony! We even caught a couple beautiful sunrises! Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful and Shelley was great too! She got back to us quickly when we had a question and was so kind and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Spectacular Paradise On The Beachfront

Exceptional luxury. This is the best condo, the best location and the best hosts in Cabo! The stunning, beautifully designed unit is modern, high-end, and impeccably clean with top-of-the-line appliances and mood-lighting throughout. We were mesmerized by the breathtaking sunsets and whale watching from the spacious patio. The beach is expansive, uncrowded and quiet. The location of the beachfront condo within the lush property is perfect: steps to the intimate hacienda-style Zoetry hotel, relaxing lounge bar, excellent restaurant, beautiful two-tiered infinity pool and swim-up bar, the lovely beachside restaurant and another tranquil pool behind the unit. Shelley is like a personal concierge. Her gracious helpfulness and recommendations made it a ten star vacation. We cancelled several plans in order to spend more time at the condo. We made use of the new Weber Grill and highly recommend Elfer, the private chef, to prepare a fabulous Mexican feast in the unit. Casa Del Mar is a small, beautiful, serene property - the perfect balance of residences and luxury hotel amenities. You will not find a better condo in Cabo!

Gorgeous Condo

This condo is stunning. The owners have recently remodeled it and the condo is beautiful, very comfortable and was hard to leave. They have thought of every detail and made the stay relaxing and perfect. We were looking for a comfortable place to stay and relax for 4 days and thats exactly what we were able to do. The resort grounds were beautiful and the pools were great. We used the smaller pool in the condo area for the quiet and relaxing aspect of it. The resort restaurants werent our favorite, which this is no fault of the condo. This just means if you dont want to eat meals in the condo take an Uber and go explore some of the great restaurants in San Jose or Cabo itself. All in all the location was great, the condo was wonderful and we would definitely come back again.

I have so many great things to say about this condo. First, it is BEAUTIFUL, quiet and comfortable with high quality appliances for cooking and laundry. It is right on the water with an amazing view. We sat on the patio and had a front row seat watching fireworks at night. It has access to pools and restaurants on a stunning resort property and has convenient parking. Shelley and Mike, the owners, were so wonderful and responsive while we were there. They offered terrific suggestions for things to do and restaurants to try. We can’t wait to go back and stay there again. First rate all around!

The owner was extremely helpful. Just after booking i received a text explaining the property and because of the last minute booking advice on restaurant's in the area. Without this advanced notification, reservations would have been impossible! Watching wales every morning. GREAT VIEW Amazing
