Beautiful home in great location. Property manager Cynthia helped with transportation, rentals and other logistics. Chef Mia made breakfasts and two dinners and was not only provided delicious meals for a wide range of ages, she was a delight to have with us every day. We rented two golf carts which were great to get around the Palmilla property. My suggestion to others would be to pay to heat the pool from day 1, as the cost was reasonable and the additional heat was needed for the otherwise too-cool pool.

Amazing home!

I cannot describe how wonderful our visit was, the most relaxed I’ve been in a while. Palmilla was beautiful. Get a golf cart for sure!! It was fun just going around the resort!!!

Highly recommend!

This was a great house in a great location for our family of ten reunion, ages 7-70. Clean, spacious rooms, lovely pool, and walkable to the beach. We ended up using the beach next to the Palmilla (a short drive) which was calmer for the children. We took advantage of Cynthia, the concierge's, recommendation for a local chef prepared dinner. Excellent and well worth it. Only suggestion might be to have a cooler available...Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

Wonderful family celebration!

Casa Cabo Palmilla was the perfect property and location for our family of 10. A beautiful well appointed home, plenty of space and lovely amenities (especially the pool!). Sarah was very helpful and made the booking process easy. Cynthia our concierge, was amazing. She arranged our airport and restaurant transportation, crib rental, restaurant reservations, golf cart rental (best idea!), food provisioning for our arrival and two amazing dinners from Chef Elmar at Catering to Cabo. Jose and his staff were just great. As was the food and drink. We loved our 5 night stay at Casa Cabo Palmilla. Highly recommend.

50th anniversary family trip

Our December trip got cancelled due to the airline debacle. We rescheduled and just got home after a week (July23-30) in paradise. Everything about this property was better than advertised. The pool and the private beach was so great for the whole group. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were great. Lucious towels both in the bathrooms and pool towels. We had Mia, the chef make two dinners for our group. The best food and festivities ever. Augustin was on call for any needs we had. He was very responsive. Not very many needs. Our 50th Anniversary is one our entire family will remember for the rest of their lives. Thank you Sarah for a wonderful place for us to stay. We will be back.

Beautiful home and location

By far our best trip to Cabo, we thoroughly enjoyed Casa Juan and the Palmilla area. The home amply accommodated our group of 7 adults and two young children. The lovely pool and hot tub are security fenced to protect the young ones. The views of sunrise and sunset are spectacular. Access to the beach is by a short walk down the street. Though technically public, the long stretch of beautiful beach feels private with very few people on it (and this was a week with New Year's Day in the middle). The kitchen is well-equipped. Winter visitors do need to keep an eye on the propane tank gauge, as it needs filling regularly if you're using the pool/spa heater. Property management was responsive to issues like the gas and set us up with a great chef service, sailing charter, and airport transportation. You will likely want a rental car here, though Uber and van service are available. We thought this was a far better location than the areas near downtown Cabo, not only because the house was in a gated private luxury community but because the beach was so private and is swimmable.

Wonderful Wedding Week

We stayed at Casa Juan for our daughters Wedding Week This home is beautifully decorated and appointed All the rooms have king beds most with private baths The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful The security in The Caleta Neighborhood was impressive Only minutes from The One & Only Palmilla where the wedding was made the stay effortless Wonderful new markets near by made cooking and entertaining so enjoyable Owner and property manager very quick to respond to any little question ( and I had many !! ) Our grown children were so impressed with the floor plan and design of this home Absolutely recommend booking Casa Juan You won’t be disappointed ! We will return

Amazing Property!

Beautiful views, incredibly clean, attention to every detail. Its so convenient to the beach, only a very short walk, and when you get tired of the sand you have the gorgeous private pool to relax by. I highly recommend this property. We will be back.

This is an exquisite luxury residence; we used 4 of the 6 bedrooms over a 5 day period and we were happy with all of the amenities and the staff, I would highly recommend this Los Cabos property, and its location within the world famous Palmilla Resort made it a great find! We will return.

Very nice property; Leo was very helpful.

Beautiful home, very nicely appointed. Pool and hot tub were easy to operate and control temperature. One thing which should have been identified is that one bedroom and bathroom are off the garage.

San Jose del Cabo - Caleta

The owner is very responsive and was very easy to contact. Upon arrival (after passing two guarded gates -- making it very safe) the house manager (Leo) was awaiting our arrival to give us a tour, show us how to use the various amenities, and answer all our questions. The concierge (Angie) was very informative and can help arrange anything from meals to transportation (Uber started a month ago and is very affordable when you can get a car - you can NOT use Uber to and from the airport at the time of this review). The maid (Adrianna) did an incredible job daily (except Sundays and holidays as those are her days off) in cleaning the entire house, and refreshing towels for the home. The house is a quick 3 minute walk to a private, beautiful beach that is truly worth staying in the Palmilla Caleta neighborhood. There was so much to do including meals/drinks at the One and Only, running in the neighborhood, eating in the nearby shopping center at Nick-san and Chin's, and traveling about 20 minutes into downtown Cabo San Lucas or 10 minutes into the San Jose del Cabo town. We were there over New Years for that cand a wedding of a friend who regularly vacations in Caleta Palmilla and had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying in this 6 bedroom home as it comfortably sleeps 12 in the 6 king beds! 5/6 bedrooms look out onto the pool and the house itself sits just a couple rows back from the beach. It comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, hot tub and beautiful pool. I've stayed in Caleta many times and this house is worth considering if you are going to the San Jose del Cabo area!

Amazing vacation home in an amazing vacation

We just got back from 7 days in paradise. There were 6 couples staying in the house and we all had plenty of room. The location is absolutely perfect. We went down for a wedding and all 4 houses of us ended up being in the same community which was ideal. The hot tub and pool were a blast to hang out around during the day, although I wish the pool was heated. Raul, who looked after the house while we were there was extremely helpful as well. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the Cabo area!

Pool, Beach, and so much more!

Our family just returned from celebrating Thanksgiving at your lovely and well-appointed home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and accommodations. Even though we faced a delay at the airport, a smiling face greeted us at the house and showed us around. Each of the six bedrooms were large and thoughtfully decorated so there were no sibling squabbles as our grown children chose their rooms for the week. With direct access to the pool from 5 of the 6 bedrooms, it was easy and private access to the pool and hot tub. Music from the outdoor speakers helped set the mood. The daily maid service was truly full service as she not only made beds and cleaned up the kitchen, but also made sure that the house was thoroughly cleaned and the towels were refreshed for the next day. There are plenty of towels, so there was never a problem of running short. We took advantage of the chef service recommended by the maintenance company and, oh, what a treat! Not only did we have an excellent surf and turf Thanksgiving dinner, but the chef also acted as bartender and made delicious margaritas. We always felt secure, with all residents and visitors passing two gates at the entrance to the community. Even though it was a holiday week, there was very little traffic so the short walk to the stairs to the beach felt more like a path than a street. We carried our chairs to the beach each morning and never had anyone within 200 yards of our group. The water was safe and swimmable, a rarity around Cabo. I also recommend the spa at the One and Only; the atmosphere and services are truly exceptional. One hint--if you enter from the beach, make sure to have your reservation on your phone and speak to the bartenders so that you can access the resort from the beach. Security at the resort is tight, but with your reservation in hand and a call to the spa, you will be warmly welcomed. Our host and the staff at the house were extremely responsive and helpful to all our inquiries and requests. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone who would like to experience their own "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" vacation.
