«I had an amazing stay at Hotel Plaza Grande. The location is excellent and lots of shopping nearby. Easy access to historical sites. The staff is very attentive and go out of the way to make your stay extra comfortable. The room is very spacious and free wine and chocolates were appreciated! Highly recommend!»

«Staff Oswaldo (driver), Estafonia & Susan were all great and helpful. Very clean room. Not much variety on breakfast options & as per owner "No Mas!" screaming at the staff not to give anything to paying guest - only maximum of 2 cups of coffee per person & not being offered exactly on the 9 o'clock dot (end of breakfast time). «Staff was awesome!!!! Best Boutique Hotel I stayed in a long time, quaint and efficient. Highly recommend! The breakfast was excellent and service was personalized. Reception staff helped gladly with toyr recommenadions and irganization. For me this place was maybe not a luxurious 5 star, but it certainly felt like 5 star treatment. «A very nice boutique hotel with large rooms with a luxurious standard (very much so, according to local standards). The themed rooms are a nice touch, but was less overwhelming than the images led us to expect. We had a couple of nice days here while seeing Quito, and another before going home.
