«It was truly great, I enjoyed every moment of my stay in this hotel, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even checked in a family member at short notice in a spare room which was a great help, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Vigan, the breakfast is very tasty and I really liked the balcony connected to my room too, everything was so clean and everything like restaurants to tourist attractions were within walking distance. A pleasure to stay here.»

«Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com.
