Welcome to our chic duplex penthouse in San Gwann—your ultimate Maltese getaway! With space for up to 10 guests and a comfy sofa bed in the living room, it’s perfect for families/groups excited to explore the island together!

The star of our penthouse is the spacious private terrace, featuring cozy sun loungers & dining area. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the serene atmosphere & enjoy the stunning views.

A one-of-a-kind stay in the heart of this amazing location awaits you!

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living Spaces| The living room is spacious and bright, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. In the living room, the comfortable sofa can be converted into a sofa bed.

A sunny big terrace equipped with a dining table and sun loungers where our guests can enjoy and relax.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Making this perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, both of which with a double bed, and another room having 5 single beds with an ensuite.

Bathrooms| 3 bathrooms, 2 being on the lower floor and the other on the upper.

Amenities such as supermarket, coffee shops are all at a walking distance.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. Die Wohnung ist ein Zumutung und das bezahlte Geld nicht wert: Total dreckige Matratze mit Gebrauchsspuren von Urin und Menstruation Zu wenig Handtücher, die uns dann gebracht wurden, allerdings neu und somit schwierig zum Abtrocknen Alter Einkaufswagen auf der Terrasse, sowie Müll wie eine alte Badehose, alter Wäscheständer, Plastiktüten Kein Besen, keine klein Löffel, zu wenig Tassen Spülmaschine defekt und wurde trotz Meldung nie repariert Alles dreckig und alt sowie kaputte Möbel Fliegennetze und Rollos defekt und dreckig Dreckiger Backofen und Ceranfeld Badezimmer verschimmelt, defekt und kaputt Safa fleckig und mit einem Messer aufgeschlitzt Defekter und rostiger Wäscheständer Terrassenmöbel alt und eine Auflage unbrauchbar alt Kein heißes Wasser i.d.d Küche Alle Geräte mit deutschen Stecker und nur zwei Adapter Kein sauberes Geschirr, alles mit einem Fettfilm Kein Abflussstopfen im Spülbeckern Unter den Betten liegt Staub, Dreck und Müll Dusche: Schimmel, Temperatur nicht durchgängig warm, Wasser steht in der Dusche oder bei der anderen ist duschen nur möglich, wenn danach das gesamte Badezimmer überschwemmt ist, keine Dichtungen in der Dusche und keine Lüftung Kaputte Liege auf der Terrasse Kaputter und abgenutzter Tisch durch extreme Gebrauchsspuren Ameisen in der Küche Treppengelände nicht fest montiert und somit lebensgefährlich und unsicher Zu kleine Bettwäsche für die Bettdecke Fotos können gerne angefordert werden

Het appartement is ruim, maar niet schoon en in zeer slechte staat. De airco's waren zeer smerig. De badkamer zat vol schimmel en er was geen afzuiging. Er hingen planken los boven bedden, een stopcontact was 'gebroken', het meubilair was niet schoon (vlekken in de bank en kussens) en rolgordijnen die niet werkten. Er ontbrak servies en bestek en zelfs voor 3 personen niet voldoende aanwezig. Het dakterras is ruim, maar bloedheet zonder beschutting en de ligbedden zijn gescheurd. De glazen afscheiding van de overloop met het trapgat stond los, dus levensgevaarlijk. Al met al geen geweldige ervaring.
