Thank you for your time to share your review, we regret to know about discomfort with your shower, had your situation been brought immediately to our attention we would have done our best to solve it; please also note that all our rooms are different in size and we would have certainly found a more satisfactory alternative in the same category at no extra cost. Our guests usually highlight the quality and abundance of our buffet and I am quite surprised to read your comment, it may be that it refers to a product of your particular taste, which may be was not quickly refilled. We would appreciate any suggestions to enrich our buffet to let them find the things that you prefer to breakfast. Thank you for your feedback , we are happy you enjoyed the historical caracter and original frescoes of your room. Our air conditioned system is regularly working and we regret not be promptly informed to assist you to check and set the unit in your room for a comfortable sleep. We are available 24hours and it is always disappointing when we are not given immediately the opportunity to address eventual issues to guarantee a very pleasant stay to our guests and not receive an avoidable negative comment . All our guests are allowed to drive to the front of the hotel to unload and load your luggage 24/24 , then the car must then be parked in one of the parkings just outside the walls about 300-400 meters walk: free parking are also available near by. An elevator is available from parking lot to walk back to the hotel. We recommend all our guests to read and follow detailed instructions received with confirmation email. Also, an automatic sending of an extra message with parking info is active on Expedia after received your confirmation. It is also very useful to watch our youtube video available on our web site or just googling "driving to hotel antico pozzo" We are also available 24hours over the phone and whatsapp for any assistance to get to the hotel We thank you for being our guest and look forward to welcome you at L'Antico Pozzo Emanuele

La ringrazio per la sua recensione, siamo lieti sapere che ha apprezzato il suo soggiorno, come sempre teniamo in grande considerazione i suggerimenti dei nostri ospiti per poter migliorare i nostri servizi e la ringrazio per il feedback. Alcune cose strutturali purtroppo non sono modificabili in un palazzo storico sotto tutela e ci auguriamo che i nostri ospiti comprendano e accettino ad esempio la mancanza di una finestra nel bagno o il vaso- bidet che sostituisce il bidet dedicato in una sola delle nostre 18 camere. Per il minibar, abbiamo applicato le direttive di prevenzione sanitaria , generalmente lasciandolo vuoto o , in poche camere più piccole, temporaneamente rimosso. Speriamo sinceramente di poter tornare presto alla normalità, ripristinando nelle camere anche il bollitore con ampia selezione di te e caffe. Nel frattempo, sono lieto confermare il nostro servizio in camera 24/24 per coprire questo particolare momento La ringrazio di essere stata nostra ospite e ci auguriamo di accoglierla nuovamente a L'Antico Pozzo Cordialmente Emanuele
