«Location is close to the road and it’s very convenient. The room is new and clean, it’s on the second floor. The parking lot is in the yard, very convenient to park. Many grocery stores nearby. The host is very kind, always responding fast. She provides me many cooking sets that I need. The kitchen is full of everything and the refrigerator is big enough to hold many food. The bed is very soft. The living room is spacious. It’s a house you can come again.»

«Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!»
