Rooms are very new and clean. Staff able to reserved the room opposite my kids’, so it was like having 1 long room but it’s really 2 bedrooms.
Expedia said max of 4 adults in bedrm. Supervisor tried to charge for the 4th person and argued with customer. Supervisor called Expedia, and agreed not to charge anymore. Arguing is NEVER a good customer service!!!
Staff also argued with towels... just towels!!! Lastly, the keycards deactivated the next day, and it caused my son and son-in-law to get stuck in the elevator. Lastly, the rooms are a little bit pricy.
