Vacation in paradise in this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, El Dorado Ranch San Felipe vacation rental condo.
 
LIVING ROOM FEATURES
The living room in this rental is located on the ground floor, overlooking the golf course, and has awesome views of the Sea of Cortez. The living room features high ceilings adorned with square paned windows allowing for plenty of light creating an airy ambiance. A comfortable sofa with decorative coffee table make this the fun place to hangout in the house. You can catch up on the latest episodes of your favorite TV series courtesy of the living room TV with Dish hookup.

 
BEDROOM & BATHROOM FEATURES:
Two master bedroom suites, one on each floor of this 2-level condo, ensure maximum comfort for you and your family, or you and your friends. The master bedroom on the second floor has a super comfortable queen size bed.....sunrise could wait a little longer when you sleep in this bed. A nice bedside chair is where you want to read a novel, or browse your iPad.

The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own individual bathroom an walk-in closet. Bedroom and bathroom come standard with clean linens and towels. The bedrooms sleep a total of 4 guests.
 
KITCHEN FEATURES
The kitchen has an L-shape design which harmoniously co-exists with the kitchen island. Fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a GE double oven, preparing quick meals will be a delightful exercise. Granite counter tops cover the kitchen back walls as well as the kitchen island. A double kitchen sink is cleverly carved into the kitchen island.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
- Free BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area by the beach away from the condos.

Maximum occupancy 6 guests.
This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.  

Check-in time: 3PM - 8PM.  We close at 8PM.  Arrival after 8PM is a $25 extra fee.

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar   Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes and welcome off-road vehicles.  Ask us for details.
