This 2 bedroom beach cottage has all you need to enjoy a relaxing and elevated vacation experience in the quieter neighborhood of the North Pacific Beach community. Whether you're traveling near or far, you will feel right at home and right at ease in this comfortable space. Grassy yards are hard to come by around the beach, and this home has two! Sip your morning coffee on the front porch entertained by people-watching, then head to the backyard in the afternoon to grill up some lunch and sip cocktails out back. Maybe a round or two of connect four with family and friends. Make the quick 5 minute walk to the beach in the late afternoon to catch the spectacular San Diego sunsets. This will be your new favorite beach home coastal escape.

We are pet friendly! We welcome 1 dog to accompany your stay (non-shedding, less than 25lbs).
- A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be added on to your reservation.
The living room fireplace is inoperable.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Neighborhood Notes:
Pacific Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Pacific Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Departure Instructions:
As your beach getaway comes to an end, we kindly ask you to follow these quick steps before checking out. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
