Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. Location is really safe and convenient as it is walkable to all areas of the the Gaslamp Quarter.

Friendly staff, nice vibe, great roof top and a big gym open 24x7. Just 2 buts, elevator were not very efficient and I didnt appreciate having a 30dollar scotch in a plastic glass. But again, great place overall, highly recommended, great value for money.

So convenient for attending a Padres game. We left the game at the top of the 8th inning and still made it to the rooftop bar (Altitude) to watch the final inning. Great time!

Outdated Hotel, rooms smell like mold I woke up feeling extremely sick with a headache and sore throat. The fitness center smelled of mildew it was impossible to workout.

Great for baseball fans wanting to cross the street to Petco Park. Many nice restaurants nearby and hotel has great breakfast buffet. The hotel room was very clean and cleaned daily.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Nowhere to park except $60 per night valet parking, although available parking is advertised. Ridiculously uncomfortable beds. The TV is sitting so low in a cabinet that you can’t even watch it. The rooftop bar advertised as an amenity is closed for our entire stay. I’ll never stay here again and do not recommend this place at all.

Shower door would not stay shut. Temp never warmed up and it was freezing. Tried to call for help and to get blankets they never answered the phone. No hot water... pretty sad for the amount of money charged.
