Everything was amazing. The only thing I would say that was a little concerning was the condition of the door and furniture in the room. it was a bit off aligned or worn/broken.

My husband and were married a few years ago. Ive been able to change all my legal documents to my new married last name, except my credit cards. When we arrived to hotel lobby both ladies at counter as soon as they saw a different last name on my credit card than on my drivers license, they denied checking us in. I had to give my debit card (which does have my new last name ) for incidentals since the room had been paid off when I reserved it. They treated us like if we were criminals hiding something. Not enough with the embarrassment of them not taking my credit card, they demanded to see my husbands ID. When I asked why were we being treated with so much restrictions- they said it was Hotel policy- which is not True. Last year, we stayed at Marriott Bonvoy in Anaheim and not only they took my credit card, they didn’t ask for my husband’s ID nor my parents or sister who were staying with us in a suite. They honestly treated like we were hiding something. We are just an honest married couple who were enjoying a night out (little anniversary staycation). They completely ruined our evening. Ive never been treated like this. The hotel was not at its best knowing that it was in the Gaslamp area.

I was in San Diego for one night to attend a Padres ballgame. This hotel was right across the street from the ballpark. I looked out my window into the park. Great restaurants and bars all around. Cool rooftop bar.The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, nice vibe, great roof top and a big gym open 24x7. Just 2 buts, elevator were not very efficient and I didnt appreciate having a 30dollar scotch in a plastic glass. But again, great place overall, highly recommended, great value for money.

So convenient for attending a Padres game. We left the game at the top of the 8th inning and still made it to the rooftop bar (Altitude) to watch the final inning. Great time!

Outdated Hotel, rooms smell like mold I woke up feeling extremely sick with a headache and sore throat. The fitness center smelled of mildew it was impossible to workout.

Great for baseball fans wanting to cross the street to Petco Park. Many nice restaurants nearby and hotel has great breakfast buffet. The hotel room was very clean and cleaned daily.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Nowhere to park except $60 per night valet parking, although available parking is advertised. Ridiculously uncomfortable beds. The TV is sitting so low in a cabinet that you can’t even watch it. The rooftop bar advertised as an amenity is closed for our entire stay. I’ll never stay here again and do not recommend this place at all.
