I think Valet parking can be more friendly. Luis did a very great job and came right up to my family and I. However just standing around and having to approach them is ridiculous.

The hotel was really nice, clean and modern. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were very pleasant and friendly. We had a bad experience with the house keeper that cleaned our room one day. I requested a call back from a supervisor or manager but I never received a call. Other than that the hotel is really nice and it’s 20 minutes away from beaches, attractions and much more.

Johnny & I liked the size of the room, the way the temperature was just right when set. Enjoyed a couple of baths because bathroom maintained a comfortable temperature. The bed & pillows were very comfortable that we enjoyed a peaceful sleep. What I didn't like was the choice of channels on TV & the inability to sign in on streaming.
