We checked into this property late in the evening with our three children and were extremely disappointed and disturbed by the condition of the home.The property was clearly not cleaned between guests. In one of the bedroom drawers, we found stained, used underwear, which was alarming and unacceptable. The bathroom was also in very poor condition — it had not been properly cleaned, and there was visible feces under the toilet lid, along with overall dirt and grime.Because of these unsanitary conditions, we did not feel the home was safe or habitable for our family, especially with young children. We made the difficult decision to leave immediately, late at night, and were forced to find last-minute hotel accommodations.This situation caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to our trip. Arriving late with children and then having to scramble for alternative lodging made for a very negative experience. While the stay was refunded, the experience itself was extremely upsetting and not something we would ever expect from a rental advertised as clean and family-friendly.Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property due to the serious cleanliness issues and the impact they had on our family.See attached photo of stained and dirty underwear found in one of the drawers of the bedrooms upon checking in.
