The place including the outdoor areas and of course the tub, get professionally cleaned and sanitized, the water in the tub is changed every time a guest checks out and then the tub gets sanitized. All bedding, clothing, towels, etc go to an industrial laundry sanitation facility and every single time, fresh, sanitized items are placed right after cleaning and disinfecting the entire house. Our cleaning standards are higher than the guidelines provided by any vacation rental site and the local and federal authorities, we use steamers and sanitation smoke blasters. Our cleaning companies were instructed to use the products listed in the health department site only. Our cleaning staff gets their temperature checked daily. We also have a self-check in and out process so there is not contact with anyone.
