You're standing between two beaches. Walk out the door and the calm, warm sand of Mission Bay is 50 feet away, no streets to cross with the kids. Head the other way and you're at the ocean break in 100 yards. Two completely different days, both a two-minute walk apart.

The Mission Bay Aquatic Center is 100 yards away with a playground, a big grassy field, a basketball court, and rentals for paddleboards, kayaks, jetskis, sailboats, and water skiing. The Catamaran Hotel is next door — they have an excellent spa and a great brunch. And dozens of shops and restaurants are within a five-minute walk, with the freeways an easy hop when you want the rest of San Diego.

This is our entire three-story house — ten bedrooms, three kitchens, three living rooms, and comfortable sleeping for 35. Each floor is its own private unit, so several families can take a floor apiece, gather together, and still have room to spread out. Two view decks look out over Mission Bay, each with a firetable and grill, and there are two fireplaces and open floor plans with bay views inside.

Built for large groups and multiple families who want the whole beach house to themselves.

Included: three full kitchens (cookware, coffee maker, toaster), three smart TVs with Netflix, dependable WiFi, all linens and towels, free washer/dryer with detergent (shared with the other units), ceiling and standing fans, two fireplaces, five parking spaces (three garage spots and two uncovered tandem spots), two view decks each with a firetable and grill, beach gear (boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, towels).

GOOD TO KNOW

Three floors, each its own private unit — three kitchens and three living rooms, connected as one booking.
The ground-floor unit is wheelchair accessible (no accessible shower); the upper floors have stairs.
No hair dryers or blenders in these units, so pack a hair dryer if you need one.
No A/C, like most homes in Mission Beach; every room has a fan and the coastal breeze keeps it comfortable year round.
Quiet neighborhood, quiet hours after 10 PM — off the decks. A relaxing base, not a party spot.
Five parking spaces: three garage spots and two uncovered tandem spots (tandem is tight). Extra cars use street parking.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in after 3 PM (coded door, no key exchange). No early check-in / late check-out, but we'll hold bags. Quiet hours after 10 PM. No parties or events of any kind, no smoking, no pets. Violations forfeit the security deposit.

STAYS & MINIMUMS

Message to confirm availability before booking. 2 nights weekdays, 4 nights weekends, one week Sat–Sat in summer, 5 nights Thanksgiving and winter holidays.
