The open living space features bold colors, comfortable seating, air conditioning, fast WiFi, and plenty of natural light. Whether you’re heading to the beach, working remotely, or exploring San Diego, the condo is designed to feel easy, comfortable, and inviting.

The bedroom now features a very comfortable Cal King bed with a solid wood Tommy Bahama bedroom set. A twin daybed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for another guest.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking meals at home, and the tropical shared courtyard offers outdoor seating, a BBQ area, and a unique mural backdrop that gives the property its fun coastal personality.

Other things to note
Please note: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for noise violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and all visitors must be approved and leave during quiet hours.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property.

One covered off-street parking space is included and can accommodate a standard SUV, provided it is not overly tall or long.

A Pack & Play is available for a $25 fee, or a Pack & Play and high chair package for $35.
