We have parking spaces available for reservation in the buildings lot. The costs are $20 per night. Due to limited spaces, parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee parking, so please inquire about our availability prior to booking if this is a requirement for you. We can also provide recommendations to other nearby lots upon request! - If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6 pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.

- As our property is located in downtown San Diego, it's important for guests to be aware that they may witness the presence of the cities homeless population, as well as occasional noise from traffic and construction. Apartment was very clean and communication with the hosts was excellent. Paid for parking at the apartment which was beneficial as there is limited parking in the immediate area. There were quite a few homeless people in the vicinity of the apartment and whilst we didn’t encounter any issues it did make us feel slightly uneasy walking when it was dark.

Need to be tech savvy with links

Unfortunately the secure gate for parking space was not working; location is iffy; 3 hours of frustration trying to get the TV to work (not our fault, as it was finally found out that the Roku remote wasn't in the apartment). No dish drainer, towel or sponge to hand wash dishes and dry them. Bed was comfortable and the sound machine was a plus! Bathroom was large and very clean.

Beautiful apartment!

Such a great place! Location was very walkable and close to a bunch of cafes and restaurants as well as public transportation. The hosts were attentive and quick to reply to any questions we had before and during the stay. The apartment was clean and quiet & there was even an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a coffee machine. We had some issues with the check in process, but the hosts were quick to help and resolve our issue. There is a decent amount of homelessness near the building, but that’s quite common for the area and never made us feel unsafe. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

San Diego Girls Trip

The property was in an interesting neighborhood. It was a mix of people and lots of unhoused entertainment going on outside. I appreciated that we had a smart and final grocery store right across the street. It was also in a central location for touristy activities. We never had to go more than 15-20 mins drive to get anywhere. The apartment was cool. We were a little disappointed that the door was unlocked when we got there and needed to find the lock box to be able to lock it when we left. The back of the bed was dirty but the rest of the house was clean. I definitely would stay there again. I spent most of my time on the balcony people watching and enjoying some relaxing time.

Great stay in a pinch

Ever been asked by your company to attend a very popular trade show at the last minute after the hotel room blocks are sold out? Regular hotel rooms in San Diego for the ESRI UC were $700-$800 per night a week out from the show, so I turned to Vrbo for my first business trip rental. This place is very clean and also quiet for a downtown location. The hosts were very proactive and responsive and I definitely took advantage of the fully stocked Keurig coffee bar! A 20 minute walk to the SDCC is made more enjoyable by the fantastic San Diego weather. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy Unit, Amazing Bed, Plenty in Walking Distance

Just wrapping up our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Property was clean, easily accessible and secure. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Unit has a balcony with a nice view and plenty of natural light. The bed is nice and firm and perfect for anyone with back issues (me). Plenty of things to do, restaurants and bars to try out within walking distance. The area seems to be undergoing some change, so there was a lot of construction noise (only when balcony door was open) and there are pockets of homelessness that you’ll definitely see walking around (but that’s everywhere in San Diego), but at no point did I ever feel unsafe. Communication with host couldn’t be better; they always replied quickly to any message I sent. I would highly recommend this unit!

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful, clean and relaxing apartment. The rooftop view was stunning and we wished we could have spent more time up there but was too busy exploring San Diego. The only issue was trying to work the tv and chrome casting. Unfortunately the tv wouldn’t pop up to cast but it would for the other apartments because our neighbors casted on our tv lol. Would definitely stay there again.

Early mornings and late nights.

The apartment was within walking distance to convention center. Two blocks from public transit if you dont want to walk. Grocery across the street and around the corner. Building need security code to enter. I felt safe and secure. We had no issues. Team members on site were very helpful and courteous. Host eas prompt on communications with me. Apartment was clean and had everything needed. Thank you.

Nice, Short Stay at the Leo

Roomy and has what's needed for a nice getaway. If driving, reserve parking beforehand...there's only 14 parking spots on the premises. The hosts, Jay, Sam, Kat, and Maika, are very helpful and their communications are excellent! I could definitely stay here again. Thanks!
