«Booked a family room. Bed, room size and staff is ok. However, we didn't feel safe in the room. Windows have sliding glass doors with defective locks. Toilet is old and not well maintained, cabinets are so dusty, sink in the kitchen has some cockroach poops, found 2 baby cockroaches on the floor and spider webs around the ceiling. There's also 1 room inside that's locked and we all didn't feel comfortable on it. No elevator as well so its not suitable for people who travels with heavy luggages.»

«Don't let the photos fool you! As it looks all perfect...it's not. Bed is so hard that I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Towels looks so overused that you don't want to use them anymore. Aircondition never gets cold. Not worth the money, not worthcalling the hotel a four star hotel.»

« staff hmmm lack of explanation in room number, after checking in our room was 1213, we go elavator then it’s only up to 7th flr only, luckily there’s a hotel staff nearby & I ask where’s 1213 he said it’s 2nd flr & I ask the hire staff how do u read this? he said it’s 1213 & he agreed with me that it’s supposed to be 12th flr then he lead us to the room in 2nd flr»

«This maybe a small hotel but our experience was great. Check in process was fast and staff were pro active to our needs. Since we travelled as a family, they allowed us to do an advance order of food in their resto while our kids were swimming in the pool. We showered and changed, and they sent someone in our room to let us know that our order was ready and gave us the option for room service or if we want to dine in their restaurant. I didn't catch everyone’s names, but a huge thank you to everyone—from the reception desk and the guards to the guys who helped with our bags, the restaurant crew, and even our airport transfer driver. For smålig å måtte betale 50 peso(ca 9 kr om du har glemt tannkremen hjemme) Turistinfo i hotellet kunne kun anbefale egne taxier til Subic Bay 2000 peso. De glemte at man kunne ringe å få minibusstransport( door to door) for 600 peso. For dårlig til å skulle være en nøytral turistinfo. »
