Any unauthorized party or excessive noise will result in immediate termination of your stay, removal from the property, and forfeiture of all payments, with no refunds under any circumstances.

Quiet, small celebrations may be considered only with advance approval, and must remain respectful of the neighborhood at all times.

Only the individuals listed on your reservation are permitted on the property. No additional guests or visitors are allowed at any time without prior written permission from the owner.

* Up to 4 cars can be parked in our driveway & at least 3 more on the street. Garage is not available for parking at the moment.

There are two outdoor cameras and a door bell camera installed at the property. One outdoor camera faces the driveway in the front of the house and the other camera is in the backyard facing the backyard toward the pool equipments and the side gate entry of the house. The doorbell camera covers the front entry of the house.

* Although this is a one story house, but there are steps inside the house.
Upon entry to the house, there is a single step that takes you from the foyer to the dining room and kitchen area and another step down to go to the living room area. There is also steps leading to the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms from the main hallway.

* No Unauthorized Pets: We love pets, but not if they are large, wild, mean and unauthorized. So, If you have any pets that you want to bring along, please let us know ahead of time. If pets are found without prior approval, additional cleaning fees and a minimum $300 penalty will apply. Guests will also be held responsible for any damages and any required cleanups that their pets may cause.

* This is a Non-Smoking House: Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping) inside or outside is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 penalty will be charged if evidence of smoking is found (odor, ashes, burns, or damage).

* No Drugs or Illegal Activity: Recreational drug use or illegal activity is prohibited. Violation results in a $300 penalty and possible cancellation.

* No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays without prior approval. Violation results in a $1,000 penalty and possible cancellation.

* No loud events are allowed at this property. City ordinances must be respected, as well as our neighbors. This is a peaceful neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a tranquil getaway. We appreciate your understanding.

* Liability Waiver: Hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal property. By booking, guests acknowledge and assume all risks and responsibilities of staying at the house and using the pool and all of it's other amenities.

THIS SHORT TERM RENTAL IS SUBJECT TO QUIET HOUR REGULATIONS.

QUIET HOURS ARE DEFINED AS: Quiet Hours means the hours between ten o'clock (10:00) p.m. and six o'clock (6:00) a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Between eleven o'clock (11:00) p.m. and six o'clock (6:00) a.m., Friday and Saturday.

Noise shall not exceed sixty-three (63) decibels on residential zoned property as defined by chapter 35 (Unified Development Code), when measured from property under separate ownership.
