Hello Analiese! I'm sorry you had trouble communicating with staff. I spoke with you, myself, and made sure you were provided with your Breakfast vouchers. We are not on property 24/7, but do answer after-hour phone calls. You did not not indicate any problems or concerns to me during our phone call, as I would have immediately addressed the issues. Our hotel is located downtown, on Main St, and traffic is sometimes loud due to our location. Again, I was not made aware, when I spoke with you on the phone, of any issues that you encountered. If noise was from other hotel guests, then I would have also handled that immediately, as well. I hope that you would consider giving us another chance to accommodate you in the future.
