Our rooms were infested with roaches all over the floor, walls, door, above beds, on tables and couch. The rooms also stunk like smoke and marijuana. We immediately requested a refund. As we were leaving, men outside, where are arguing and each other threatening each other with weapons cops showed up. There were a bunch of people loitering outside and the place was very rundown. I would not recommend. However, we did go to the Ramada right next-door and it was so clean and nice and comfortable

First pathetic experience in the USA. I never imagined a booking go so wrong. The rooms are dirty there were cockroaches in coffee machine and floor. Lights were jammed. The lady at front desk was very unwelcoming. None of the concerns were rectified. They served cornflakes in the name of breakfast. Juice vending machine was broken. Overall do not visit this property you will find many options in this price range.

There was mold all over the room also homeless people all over the property. It was so unsafe and my family was very uncomfortable. Also i have health conditions that were affected by the mold.

Room 112 the lights wouldn’t work for some reason, water was constantly running in the shower we weren’t able to shut it off, no tv remote , and what seemed to be human fecal matter by the toilet

If you had read my previous review about the place, it was roach infested, not cleaned, televisions didn't work, no ice, floor/carpet was dirty and the place hadn't been clean in weeks/months. I paid for 3 people to stay 3 nights. They only stayed 1 night. They couldn't handle the place being so dirty and disgusting. I was embarrassed about the place. The food I bought was ruined because the fridge froze everything out. The air system smelled. For a no smoking facility, the sheets were burned with holes from cigarettes. The sheets were dirty and also torn. The grass outside was too tall for the pets to do their thing. Had to walk over a block so they could do their business. The last straw was all the ants that were in my car after being parked overnight. I never had any issues with ants until today driving back home. I was shocked that this was a Wyndham property. I had to ask for towels, when only 2 were put in the room for 3 people that I had paid for. They didn't have any. We had to go buy some. Overall, it was the worst experience that I have ever had staying in San Antonio. Left a bad taste in my mouth from my home city that I grew up in. I only stayed there because of the hospice facility for my brother. There were so many bugs in the room, it needed to be painted, clean and renovated. I will never stay at a another property like Wyndham again. Their corporate must not be making inspections. This place should have been condemned.

I booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1. After my first night I realized that there were cockroaches in my room. I didn't have the most basic things like soap.It was a terrible experience

The rooms were not clean. We checked 3 rooms and took the best one, which isn't saying much. Others found bugs in their rooms, though we didn't find them in ours. They didn't have towels in the room and our room was missing a trash can and remote for the TV. The front desk really tried to help, but there's only so much that can be done. I wouldn't stay again.

Front desk staff at check in were friendly. At check out, not so much. The floors made anything that touched it black. I don't think the room has ever seen a mop. Roaches all over the place. You could tell there's an infestation somewhere as allergies flared and my young children sneezed and suffered through the night.

This hotel is the worst, it's unsafe, there were homeless people living down the stairs, the rooms are horrible with roaches and the restroom old and dirty it was disgusting. Definitely I couldn't stay even one night there and I was with my kids, I felt that at the middle of the night someone was coming to the room and do something to us. Totally disappointed.

Rented 2 rooms we had no issues. Room was clean and staff was friendly. I rented this place before reading the reviews so I was sure what to expect. But no issues will rent again.

Once in the hotel lobby I asked the person in the front desk if I could us the restroom before I check in. He right away said they had no plumbing nor running water and that the rooms were roch infested... We were traveling and shocked to hear this. I had to take my family to look for another hotel in the middle of the night... Very very bad hotel and staff...

Made it to the property around 1045. Got in room and roaches were everywhere. Phone did not work. Went to lobby and requested another room lady that checked me out said it was 1 room Guy walks in late well after 11 saying no rooms and I need to leave the property He said all of the rooms have roaches and called the police. Police saw he was wrong but I had to leave at midnight with my children to find another hotel. I do not recommend this place to anyone It needs to be shut down and those employees should be fired.

Room was hard to get in, no available ice and ice machines not working (damaged plug)and very dirty, bed very lumping, toilet unsecure.

It was a very painful experience, I wanted to cancel, it took us an hour and a half to register The room smelled damp, there were cockroaches and a lot of noise and the sheets were dirty as was the toilet.

It took me 1 hr too check in due to computer issues and had to pay cash....room and bedding were dirty

The bathroom and tub commode everything dirty floors are really sticky. Bed linens had a soggy feel to them.

The room they gave me was 319 and they had fumigated insect poison and there were many cockroaches and squids. I do not recommend anybody to stay in this Hotel, unless there is nothing else, it is just cheap, that's all

They put us in a room that was connected to another room with a door separating us. Kept hearing a dog barking and a lady talking. I would never stay here again!!!!
