This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the garage, and driveway. Street parking is not allowed. We offer an EV charging station for your convenience (Juice Box Level 2 & 220v Charge Port).

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (400+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus 1 designated workspace w/ 1 monitor in 1 of the bedrooms.
