This 1650 Sqf house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite includes a king bed, the 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom includes a bunk bed which has a double mattress on the bottom and a single on top plus a trundle bed which opens up to an additional bed. There is also a queen size air mattress available which is very comfortable, so this house can sleep a total of 11 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TV's which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. Plenty of free private parking is available.
I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. You will have plenty of private parking. You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park which is located a few minutes walking from the house, which includes volleyball and playground for kids plus more shaded area for BBQ.
Close to Loop 1604 and I-10. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep.
- Pool is not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 5th.
