- No smoking indoors, if smoking outside, do not leave cigarette butts in the grass, on the ground, in the fire pit, or in the grill.
- Pet friendly w/ $100 fee (dogs only, max 2)
- No children around the firepit without an adult present

- This 2-story home requires 2 exterior steps for access and interior stairs
- Sleeps 10 in 6 beds; 12 total with 2 rollaway cots
- All of the bedrooms are on the second floor, except for the pull-out sofa and the Hypedome.
- This home is not wheelchair accessible.
- Lawn or hot tub maintenance may occur during your stay (landscaper enters backyard via gate)
- Exterior security cameras (front & back doors, outward-facing only, motion-activated)

- The recycling bin has a yellow lid. Please do not put regular trash in the recycling bin, doing so will result in an additional cleaning charge, as our housekeeper will need to sort and clean it out.
- If you bring your dog(s), please pick up after them. Make sure to remove all pet waste from the yard before you leave.
