I was staying there for work only. The weather was going to be cold and with freezing streets reported to be in the forecast. I live in the hill Country, so I needed to be closer to work. The daily noise was unbelievable!!! Literally, there were SA workers doing street repairs. Seriously??? In addition, I work nights and I had to check in and go immediately to work bc there are no accommodations for night shift people. I stayed 2 nights, but paid for 3. I will not be returning. I am a rewards member & when I mentioned this to the staff at the desk - "deer in the head lights". It is not their fault that they are ill-prepared to answer simple questions. 1 STAR, at best for noise and courtesy of the front desk. 4 stars for the bed. 2 stars for the shower that was loud when turned on and the rusted door to the bathroom. It is not like the room was cheap. I am thoroughly disappointed and I was exhausted each night I worked due to lack of sleep
