Fint og rent hotell. God service. Lokalisert midt i smørøyet på Riverwalk. Bor her gjerne igjen!

Supert, varmt og flott opphold!
Det var gå avstander til nærmest alt. The river walk var rett rundt hjørnet med masse god mat og drikke. Kjøpesenter og andre søte små butikker var veldig nært. Lett å få tak i drikke, iskrem og annet for å kjøle ned. Rommet hadde en flott utsikt over San Antonio hvor terrassen hadde to stoler og et bord. Perfekt til å sitte utpå kvelden. Rommet var rent og ryddig ved ankomst og AC fungerte som det skulle. Det var godt og kjølig hele oppholdet. Room service kom kort tid etter bestilling og personell var kjempe hyggelige til alle døgnets tider.

The staff was amazing - Ernest at the check-in desk and Israel in guest services among the many others. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location on the Riverwalk and near the Alamo. Friendly staff. Will be much nicer when the construction on Alamo Street is completed.

I am disappointed overall in my stay here. It was convenient location, but I have had much better stays. There was $100 a day charge just in case of used anything in Hotel. The pool was closed the entire time I was there. The gym could have nice, but the main machine was missing the basic grips. The hotel was surrounded by very loud construction and when the construction ended the noise from the local bars took over. I had to use my phone on loud for sleep noise to get any rest. I had to clean the dresser top because it was dirty. I had read that breakfast was I included but it was not. I was very disappointed in my stay. The bed was just OK. Overall I was disappointed in my stay and would not stay here again.

Waited 2 and 1/2 hrs I. Geat and construction for parking which was valet. The area is always on point being the river walk but but heavy traffic and construction were not tolerable till late. Rooms were nice. Views was ok baby t not as described. Do t even try with the small UNHeated pool. The elevator took 20 mins. So take the stairs....

One of the worst hotel check-in experiences ever, and I say this having thousands of room nights over the years. Literally took two hours to valet, then after we checked in and they took my money and we were in the room, they called our room and told us the reservation had been canceled (seriously?). It took another 45 minutes to get that worked out and all this caused us to be an hour late to a concert that cost $600 per ticket. In addition, I payed for a king suite and got a standard room with two full size beds. Other than that, the hotel is older but clean and nice, and it is a convenient location on the riverwalk. Maybe they are ok when it’s not too busy, but I wouldn’t stay here for a game at the Alamodome, concert or event.

The hotel is located next to the River Walk and is in a good location. The hotel doesn't have parking, they only had valet with extra cost. This hotel is located in the downtown area and with the window closed you could hear traffic clearly. There was construction happening during our stay which made it difficult to access. The room was clean and the staff were helpful.

I was a little surprised that because I booked through Expedia I didn’t get the amenities I would get with my Hilton account. Free WiFi being one of them. Parking per day was a bit high at $55 a day but there is no parking in downtown San Antonio.

Loved the stay, valet is very expensive and so are the added fees that are off course refunded(eventually based on your bank). I believe you have a deposit then an additional daily fee for each day you stay.

Can't beat the location on the River Walk, however, there is on going construction in the area. It took 45 min to drive .1 miles to check in due to massive back up with the vallet parking and closed streets.
