Our toilet drain was plugged and never got resolved, during our stay. We informed the front desk and the night clerk told us he would bring a plunger and if worse case, to use the restroom near the front lobby. I,ve always used Best Western and I'm really second guessing this one again.

Had a few things to do before attending my purpose for being TX. Everything was so conveniently close. Love the shampoo etc being in shower dispensers. Fragrance was nice, im very sensitive.to scents.i also chose hotel for price and proximity from where I needed to be. Thankfully it wasn't in the midst of the construction.

Old hotel but nicely kept inside. Management was unfriendly. The bathroom/laboratory is too small. This size is only good for 1 person and no more. Room has 2 queen beds but no bathroom space.

It’s just okay. Staff was fine, property is dated. There was a giant wad of hair in the tub keeping it from draining. The walls are paper thin and we could hear next doors conversations as well as traffic noise.

This property was beautifully maintained, cleaned and decorated for Christmas. There was a heated indoor pool that my sons enjoyed in a vintage-looking atrium surrounded by tropical plants. The surrounding area gives no clue to how amazing this place is inside.

The room had a clicking noise from the fridge. The hotel is old and little outdated. The staff friendly, room smelled good, bed clean, coffee machine was awesome! Would stay again in an interior room.
Overall all a good experience because of the friendly and help full staff and the location. Booked through a third party and was given a room on the outside perimeter where the noise from the highway was disturbing. The carpet was also stained so I notified the staff who said they would take care of it and that I wouldn't be charged. Cleanliness and service was excellent as well as the hot breakfast.

The atrium in the center of the property with a pool, jacuzzi plants, two palms trees and seating was pleasant (the pool was undergoing repairs.) Located near plenty of shopping and dining.

I was surprised with the service and the cleaning of the property and the breakfast so far is the best one I have experienced after the pandemic. They have a variety of options. This will definitely my place when I come back to San Antonio.

The only thing we did not like was the fact Housekeeping did not read (or chose not to read) the "Privacy Please" sign on our door. We were checked in for 2 nights so the first morning we wanted to sleep in. Housekeeping knocked on our door early, waking us!! She only spoke to me in Spanish so I don't even know what she was saying.

We were very comfortable here. The inside pool and spa were well kept. Even the small touches like the music playing softly in the hall to the fruit parfait bar at breakfast made our stay extra special!
