We had a short stay. Our dog had an appointment with a veterinarian specialist early and we didn’t want to drive in the early AM, potentially facing heavy traffic. The Best Western was perfect. Extremely clean. Free continental breakfast. No complaints.

The accommodations and staff were good, as I've found all Best Westerns to be. However, the shower water was not not enough. Also, the bathroom's light is combined with a powerful air vent that is very loud. You can't turn on the bathroom light without the noise disturbing others sleeping in the room.

"NOT THE BEST" Best Western Regrets
I expected more than this hotel offers...thats what the woman at the check in counter told me. I expected a desk that wouldn't fall on me because one of the legs came out from underneath it while I was working I almost ruined my work computer that way then I expected a bed that was made not halfway made and then when I sat on the bed the mattress Springs were so sharp that it hit my sciatic nerve so I decided not to bed for me. Then I realized the room wasn't getting cool even though it's winter time it was a warmer day and it was very stuffy and it smelled similar to cat piss in there so I asked if I could maybe get a room with a better air conditioner and possibly better bed he told me that the beds all come from the same place the same age and that the room she's going to move me into might have a better AC it was far hotter. It didn't work any better only worse. The bathroom tub won't drain no matter how hard I tried to get it to drain and the hot water stays hot maybe 20 minutes good for most and I'd have to say just the overall cleanliness of the building and its age and I didn't even attempt breakfast I would never stay here again or advise anyone else to

I had a problem with the air conditioner in my room, it would only run for 15 minutes at a time when I set it on high fan / cool to 61 degrees, which is what I consider to be comfortable while sleeping. It never went above 76 degrees in the room. Also, the breakfast buffet in their dining room lost electricity all on one side in the middle of breakfast, which cut out nearly all the service machines, like coffee/juice dispensers, waffle makers, etc. They didn't fix it until breakfast service was over, leaving a lot of disappointed customers. Including me. I wanted a second helping of juice and some coffee. My wife had to settle with coffee brewed from the microbrewer in our room. The room itself was neat and clean, they had nice soaps and towels, a closet, a great shower with unlimited hot water and a spacious bathroom....but it was still kinda ruined by the fact that the air conditioner didn't want to obey commands. I slept fitfully and wasn't well rested the next morning. Maybe I should have complained and requested another room, but I just didn't want to have to move all our stuff to a different one when I was only staying one night.

We've stayed here multiple times on our way to visit family. This hotel is very convenient, friendly staff, the room rates are good and they allow our dog. Some wear and tear in the bathrooms, but the room is always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also good with lots of options.

Every was great. The one thing I was put off by, was the fact they charge $25 for early check in. I was 45 minutes early (and they were checking someone else in and then made it a point to tell me. It worked out fine (I went grocery shopping for the weekend)- but most hotels either just say, I’m sorry, check in isn’t til 3- or just check you in. It was just the first time I had ever encou.
