Our stay was great. The home was perfect for spending quality time with our airman. The home was close to the base and in a nice neighborhood. The home was very clean and looked just liked the photos. My only suggestion is better quality pillows and thicker bedding.

We stayed at this home in San Antonio for my son’s Air Force graduation, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal—just a short drive to Lackland AFB, which made things so convenient during a very busy and emotional week.The hosts communicated clearly and promptly, which made check-in and planning a breeze. One thoughtful touch that really stood out were the seat cushions and umbrellas they provided—they were a lifesaver during long ceremonies on the bleachers!We truly appreciated the care that went into making this home welcoming and practical for families like ours. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to town for BMT graduation or just visiting San Antonio.

This house was so perfect for our family and friends for BMT graduation!! Clean, exactly as pictured, 10 minutes from base and also only 25 minutes from the airport. Owners were incredibly responsive and very helpful. Love having the game loft as an extra hangout and things to do so we could enjoy our time together well. Highly recommend!

BMT Graduation Ceremonies and San Antonio

Very nice house with thoughtful amenities.Well laid out kitchen and pantry. Super clean and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Alan and Angela are the best. We felt always welcome.Perfect location to the base and nearby groceries etc.We very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay for BMT graduation

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s BMT graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. Alan was great and was in contact with us a few days before our stay, the day of and anytime we needed anything or had a question he responded within minutes. The house was just what we were looking for. We wanted something close to the Air Force Base (about 8 min to Lackland) and something large enough that we could spend time there with our daughter when she had her town passes.The house was perfectly clean and we had a lovely welcome sign waiting for us. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking, also had a coffee pot and a Keurig with lots of pods and creamers. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, and there was a body wash and shampoo dispenser in the shower. The house had a pool table, air hockey table and a foosball table, which was great for keeping us all busy while we were just chilling at the house with our daughter. There were also board games available. There was a laundry room with a washer and dryer, just bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets as they were not provided. There was a Walmart just down the street making it very convenient to pick up groceries or if you forgot anything.The garage had some umbrellas and probably seven or eight foam pads for the bleachers if you are going to graduation. Everything was honestly just perfect for our trip. I would stay here again, 100%!

Perfect home for BMT graduation!

This house was the perfect home for our family and friends while attending the Air Force graduation, the owners were very thoughtful in their items in the home such as k cups, and other amenities such as foam pads for graduation (bring them both days) to umbrellas, stroller and fun items such as the pool table and air hockey! We will definitely return should our airman ever get assigned to Lackland, the location is perfect and neighborhood was very safe!

BMT Grad stay for 6 adults

This was a great place for my husband and I to stay with both sets of our parents. It’s hard to find a place where 3 couples can stay comfortably, but this fit the bill for sure. It was clean, quiet, close to the base for the graduation events for our Airman, and well stocked with everything you’d need!

Pretty good stay

We selected this home for our daughter's BMT graduation. The space was great for our family of 5. The loft provided a fun space for our kiddos to relax and hang out. The house was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we felt safe in this location. It was also about a 10min drive to the base. There were only a few issues we encountered while staying: We were asked to take the trash out of the previous tenant who apparently left without doing so. Although not a big deal and we obliged, I felt this should've been done by the homeowner before the new occupants arrived. There was a loose/leaky pipe underneath the upstairs bathroom sink. We found this out as my son's went to wash their hands. The homeowners instructed us to place a towel and pan to catch the water which would be looked at the next day. The biggest issue was the presence of ants. I noticed a trail of ants on the night we arrived stemming from the pantry to the sink (across the floor). There was a can of raid in the pantry to I sprayed all over the floor to kill them. I then mopped the floor with a bucket of soapy water to pick up any remnants. I didn't want to risk stepping on them with our socks. The next day after purchasing food, we ate and left the remaining on the island to get seconds, needless to say, the ants covered them before having a chance to eat. Had to toss all the food. The homeowners were apologetic and responsive in having Terminix come out after we departed.

Severely Misleading

It all started out with the owner requiring us to give extra personal info in order to give us the code to get in the property just hours before our arrival, blackmail. Only to arrive and realize the home was in a NOT so safe neighborhood. So much so, a neighbor advised us to not leave our trailer and atv outside overnight because it would be stolen. We unloaded our atv and parked it inside the garage and backed the trailer in the driveway. Then parked the truck in front of the trailer to try to eliminate any theft. Within 10 minutes of doing this we received a phone call from the property own asking why we parked the atv in the garage and the trailer in the driveway? At this time, I walked around and notice all the cameras and hidden cameras throughout the property inside and outside! The owner then told us we had to move the atv out of the garage and nothing could be parked in the driveway. Everything had to be parked in the street. If we didn’t comply we would have to leave and find another place to stay. This was at 10:00pm at night! Who does this kinda crap?! I called VRBO for assistance and they said it was between us and the property owner, not VRBO. After an hour on the phone we luckily found a hotel that had one room available due to a cancellation. So we loaded back up and left for the hotel. Even though we didn’t stay one night at this unsafe, dreadful, camera spying place we were only refunded LESS THAN HALF of the rental fee. STAY AWAY!!! FAR FAR AWAY!!!

The Best Yet!

Alan and Michelle are superb hosts. Everything was as advertised and some! We couldn’t have stayed in a better location. Peaceful neighborhood with easy access to to main highways and attractions. Their property was hands down the best we’ve stayed in and we won’t hesitate to check on its availability the next time we’re in town. 10 Star!!!!

Excellent place to stay for BMT graduation

Close to Valley Hi Gate, Walmart close by. Plenty to do at the home if weather is bad. Close to indoor activities such as K1 racing go karts and Main Event. Recommend this home for BMT graduation.

Needed a three bedroom stay for our son's Air Force BMT graduation and this more than fit the bill. A newer home with all the conveniences. The host added the extra touches to make the stay even more special. Highly recommend.

House stay for BMT Graduation

We had an excellent experience with this home. Plenty of space for our family and everyone enjoyed the pool table in the upstairs family area. The house is very spacious and fit our family of 7 easily. The location is great and very easy drive to the gate for BMT graduation (about 5-7 minutes). Our hosts were very helpful and the check in process was very easy. We would highly recommend this home for your graduation needs. It was perfect.

Great Stay!

This property is exactly as it is listed. It is very clean, very easy check in and very close to Lackland AFB. We stayed here during our visit for the BMT graduation. It was very relaxing to hang out at the home with the pool table and games. The beds are comfortable and the house was a great set up for us. The owner is very nice and the communication was smooth. It was all great! We would recommend this home to any one traveling to San Antonio.
