«The place is really cute, owner has put a lot of thought into making it feel like a retreat. The frosted windows provide privacy. I would offer more variety of teas though… the kind in individual packages. The blankets and comforters were amazingly soft and fluffy and makes me want to find those and buy them myself. «Other than the TV volume not working, I would stay here again but not without a rental car or e-bike as it is difficult to walk directly to restaurants or grocery stores due to cul de sacs and fenced in properties. Very nice cottage for up to 2 persons and very responsive hosts. Go Tartans!»

«This was the perfect get away location. It allowed you to feel incredibly remote, while also only being 20-25 minutes away from major tourist locations. Dave and Eileen couldn't have been better or more gracious hosts. They provided excellent recommendations of how to do the touristy stuff, but not feel like a tourist. «My husband and I booked this cottage for a short getaway from Tacoma. The cottage was easy to find, and parking was clearly labeled. The cottage is on the property of the hosts, main house, but it felt much more private than that. The Space felt very spacious, there were tons of outlets to plug-in our devices, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for any light meals. They even had an organized drawer with miscellaneous things like tape, safety pins, pens, extra chargers, etc. ...
