We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nury‘s home and Nury was a lovely, welcoming host, The home is in a quiet, rural area, is gated and was very comfortable and relaxing. It was a good base for our day trips to beaches, after a few weeks of more active adventures, We loved waking up in the morning, opening all the sliding doors out onto the beautiful deck, and listening to the birds and Howler monkeys while we drank our 1st cup of coffee. Later in the day the plunge pool was a real treat. As other reviewers have noted, her father lives on the grounds, but we hardly knew he was there. He was very helpful when we had one special request. One thing to be aware of, the road to the property is (no surprise to seasoned visitors to CR) a gravel, unlit, pot-holed, rural road and for some drivers, night time drives may be more challenging. We soon got used to it. This home would be great for two couples or a family.

Enjoyed our little stay at this property. House is very secluded, offering great privacy and quiet nights. It is conveniently located within a short drive to Samara and some great beaches. Fast Starlink Internet. A/C in both bedrooms worked well. Our host Nury was exceptional.

Our stay in Samara was wonderful! The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy yourself on vacation. Beach chairs, beach towels, small cooler and even some beach toys. The house is set back off the road and it is incredibly private and peaceful. It was always a joy to come back home. We loved our cow and horse neighbors-it was so fun to see them everyday. It was also fun watching the toucan’s play in the treetops. Could not have asked for a better vacation property! Thank you Nury!

Our host Nury was amazing. She greeted us at the gate, gave us the keys and provided information about the house and the neighbouring town. She even provided beach toys for my granddaughter! The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. So much fun to see cows and horses next to the veranda. The house is fully equipped.

The house is everything as advertised. Our only neighbors were the Brahma bulls. The peace and quiet was amazing and the pool after a day at beach was refreshing. The gas grill was perfect for cooking our fresh fish. Nury and her extended family were welcoming and informative when we needed anything. Highly recommend this house and we hope to be repeat guests. Nury could not be a most gracious hostess. She met us and showed the property and house. She checked on us during our stay to make sure that our needs were being met. Additionally she gave us recommendations for meals in town. She even encouraged us to extend our stay at another property so that we could have the full Pura vida experience. We had a fabulous stay. Nury was very communicative and easy to work with. She and her family were very welcoming. The property is absolutely stunning. It feels very secluded but not far from Samara and other wonderful beaches. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need for an easy stay. Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home has everything you need. We had to exit our stay early as my husband became ill and we needed to be somewhere else. Nury was so wonderful! She even helped us when my husband became sick to find a doctor that would see him right away. She even had us follow her right to where the doctor was located. She was so helpful when we needed it the most.We would definitely stay here again if we came to Samara.10 out of 10

Such a relaxing stay!

This was our favorite stay in Costa Rica! Nury’s property is impeccably clean and serene. Much like the other guests we enjoyed watching the toucan in the tree, the cows and horses while sipping coffee. Our entire family took surf lessons and loved that experience, and then coming back to our own outdoor shower and pool to relax in. Just as an FYI to US travelers who aren’t used to Costa Rica AC, central AC is not a thing in CR! Enjoy the open air living space and the ice cold AC in the bedrooms only, it’s all you need! And the ceiling fans are amazing. Move this one from your favorites to your booked stays, you won’t regret it! Nury is uber communicative!

Amazing place!!!!

Nury’s place was amazing! Comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The surroundings of the home were beautiful. We woke up everyday to beautiful birds and animals- there was a toucan nest in the tree behind the house. Nury was amazing and answered any question we had. We cannot wait to return!!!

A nice house 15 minutes from Samara centre

The house is very nice and Nury and her brother were very helpful and responsive. The house was clean and comfortable. The wifi cut out a couple of times, but was otherwise very good. However, we did not have cell phone reception, which was a disappointment. The swimming pool is also very small and located between the house and a stone wall and is heavily chlorined. Only the bedroom is air conditioned, but it cools off quickly and works well. The outdoor shower was very nice.

Beautiful Home in Samara

Our best stay in Costa Rica! We traveled to many different regions over the course of our 2 weeks in this beautiful country. This home was our last stop and the best in terms of amenities, cleanliness, surroundings and comfort. It’s about a 10 -15 minute ride to some amazing beaches.

Beautiful stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful house- it has all modern amenities you would ever need. The communication was super easy, as was the check in- it was very easy to find the house with the directions and google maps. We loved that the house was secluded, super quiet and close to many different beaches. We did not love Sámara, as it was very crowded and touristy, but we loved that this house was close to go to several other amazing beaches. Would definitely stay again!!

AMAZING property with AMAZING care

We were fortunate enough to stay at Nury's property for two nights before leaving the area and heading back to the States. When we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful everything was. The pictures cannot capture the beauty and essence of peace. Everything about the property was amazing. Nuri was super easy to communicate with and super friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was a wonderful way to end our trip to Costa rica. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely return.

Met all of our needs

This house met the needs of our family. The is beautiful, spotless and everything we needed for the 12 days we stayed. Nury is an amazing host - very responsive. She was able to answer my questions leading up to the trip and was quick to respond when I had questions when we arrived. She gave us tips regarding beaches and restaurants. This house is nestled in greenery. My fave spot is the deck where I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the mornings. The tranquility is a nice change from where we live in Toronto. We were able to use the bbq and swam in the pool everyday. My kids also enjoyed picking limes from the tree which we used to make dishes and mix with our drinks. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!
