This newly renovated panoramic ocean view condo is situated on the top two floors of the prestigious Veneto building located just a five minute walk from the beach and a seven minute walk into town. The building has both elevator and stairs to go up to the unit or down to the pool area.
Both the incredibly large main bedroom suite and the main living space boast floor-to-ceiling panoramic ocean views across Samara beach and beyond. Three additional bedrooms provide adequate space to accommodate large family gatherings, multiple families vacationing together, or 4 couples travelling together. A pull out couch in the living room allows for overflow to accommodate up to ten guests in all. Two bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, with the other two bedrooms sharing a large bathroom right outside their door. An added guest bathroom is situated downstairs off the living room.
The condo has been newly furnished with beautiful sustainably sourced native hard-wood furniture, solid cedar closets, new bedding, a live-edge dining table that can seat up to 10, gourmet kitchen, and its own laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with its own AC unit, with its own thermostat for setting a comfortable temperature. The main room has its own AC unit as well. There will be no fighting over what to watch in the evenings with 4 large flat panel Smart-TVs including a 65" in the living/dining area, a 65" in the main bedroom, and two more TVs in each of two other bedrooms. Fast internet spans the home with both wired connections and Wi-fi. Each bedroom is also equipped with a desk and wired ethernet connection for "working from home".
The complex provides a beautiful infinity pool that looks out over the ocean with plenty of outdoor space to sit and enjoy a drink by the pool under the palms as you overlook the Pacific Ocean. The building provides secured gated parking and 24-hour security on-site.
We are happy to help arrange activities or make recommendations for restaurants or other needs. This perfect location will provide a vacation you will never forget!

This place is the very best! It’s within easy walking distance to beautiful Sámara beach and the town with its restaurants and shops.The place is super spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed to cook for the big family. Bedrooms are super comfortable and the A/C’s in every room work very well. The master bedroom is simply stunning.One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in.

The listing title says it all - and they are right!! Best view of Samara hands down. What an amazing and fun stay we had. Listing is pretty much 100% spot on for what we got when we arrived. Easy walk down to the beach and town. Loved having the boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. If you do come to stay also check out Playa Carillo which is only a 5-10 minute drive past here. GORGEOUS beach with nothing on it but palm trees. We would absolutely stay here again. Also kudos to the security staff working there - very friendly and helpful.

Some of the Best Views in Samara!!

We were a group of eight friends traveling together to Costa Rica. The condo was perfect for our group. We had lots of space, the condo was immaculate and the views were breathtaking! From the first communication with the owner to all of the follow up communication with Jair at the property management company, our experience was flawless. Jair arranged for pick up and drop off at the airport along with many suggestions/recommendations for rentals, tours and more. Thank you for a great getaway!

Wonderful view and chef’s delight

The apartment was as promised. Incredible views, wonderful master bedroom, nice pool. Enough room for our group of six to be comfortable. The kitchen has everything for cooking meals.

This place was beautiful and met all our needs. The downstairs family room and upstairs master bedroom has the most beautiful views with tall windows being able to see the ocean and rain forest. The town is a 5-10 min walk and all the restaurants were delicious.

Perfect location, spectacular view

This condo is amazing!! The view is just spectacular! There is everything you need and more in the kitchen, the air conditioning in every room works very well and the place is so spacious. We were a family of 8 (2 parents, 4 grand-parents and 2 children (3 and 6 yo)) and everyone loved it! The Beach is only 100m walk away (downhill and up Hill on the way back). Our favorite spot of the trip yet. And the village is close by too.

Great Family Stay

We stayed for 2 weeks with 3 generations of our family. Was a great fit for all of us. The kids loved the pool, we loved the ability to walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes, or just hop in the car and drive for about 2 minutes and be in town!

Wonderful Condo in Gorgeous Samara

Our family of eight adults really enjoyed this lovely condo, which had plenty of room for all us. The kitchen was large and well stocked with every appliance or gadget we needed. We made breakfast daily for our crew and dinner several nights. Great place!

Unsurpassed views from family/kitchen and master bedroom. Property manager and property staff prompt and friendly. Good location to beach and local town. Having a car helpful, especially after dark and in rainy conditions. Highly recommend!

Great location.

Close to the beach. We rented golf carts and were able to get to all our excursions, the beach and all around town. The property managers were wonderful setting up the excursions and answering any questions we had. We had an amazing trip.

Stay in Samara

Great property, really spacious, short 5 mins max walk to beach, great private infinity pool with fantastic views over the bay. We were family of 5 so everyone got their own bedroom with double bed. Master bedroom has views to die for and massive bed. Samara nice relaxed and friendly town. Had great 4 days here, surf lesson with Pato really recommend (you get to use the boards for rest of week incl), Roots bakery cinnamon buns for breakfast, Mr Pelicano in the centre commercial great for fish, we had number of lunches there, tuna steak burger excellent, same place Cafe Maxou amazing proper ice creams. We really enjoyed our 4 days here and would definitely recommend.

Amazing VRBO

Beautiful condo, incredible views. AC in each room. Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals, and also plenty of beach supplies (boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, towels, etc). 10 min walk to beach and restaurants, walkable to town (although it is a bit of a steep walk back up!) Felt very safe in our condo and with the parking. Would definitely stay again! Host was very responsive.

We enjoyed out stay in Samara - I would like to say that the AC units in the kitchen/family room, as well as, the master bedroom need to be bigger. These spaces never felt cool. The condo itself needs some updating and maybe some more attention to cleaning. There was a awful smell our entire stay. The property managers were very nice and efficient and the pool was a nice gathering space. We enjoyed meeting other residents.

Fabulous condo

We had a fabulous time at Bill's place. We stayed for two weeks. For the first week, we had six people. For the second week, we had nine people. The condo is spacious, so it didn't feel too crowded even with more people. The view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom suite is spectacular. In terms of the accommodations, the condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good sizes. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen and worked great. The condo has beach and pool towels but not enough for a large group. There is a pool with outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, and great views. The front gate of the condo is staffed at all hours, and the staff were all friendly and easy to find. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Bill was incredibly responsive and helpful. The property management company was also pretty responsive. You can walk to town without having to walk on the road. There are stairs that you can access from the dirt road that goes up to the condo. If you cross the road at the bottom of the stairs, you will be on another dirt road that will take you to the beach (5-8 min walk). It’s another 10-15 min to get to town. Walking back to the condo takes longer since it's all uphill at the end. Samara is a beautiful vacation spot. We would definitely stay at Bill's again! He was a wonderful host.

Really convenient to the area. Walking distance to the beach. We did rent a golf cart to haul our stuff to the beach. Home has great views. Large area in kitchen for cooking. Smaller living area. Pool is very nice.

THE place to stay in Samara, great for families

This house was the perfect vacation rental for our extended family (adults, kids, infant). There was enough room for everyone to have their own separate spaces, the kitchen was very well equipped for at-home breakfasts to save money, and the gorgeous views were incredible to wake up to every morning. The views also made the baby’s naptime lovely for his parents - even though they were inside for part of every afternoon, they could still enjoy the beautiful ocean, relax with a lovely cocktail and not feel like they were missing out. You can walk to the beach - the path down leads to an area that is uncrowded and has hammocks and chairs to relax. The house is super convenient (3 minutes) to the main strip in town and the beaches. We loved having a large pool as well - sometimes you just need a break from the salt water but still need to play and get out energy. The last morning we glanced out to see howler monkey’s ALL over the trees near the property. They were so fun to watch! We hope we will return some day!

The views really are that spectacular

As advertised. Sweeping views of the ocean and beach and sunsets from the living area, master bedroom and pool. They were mesmerizing. Nicely appointed, very spacious apartment. A couple small things didn’t work: 2 stove burners, one window shade, it those were not a big deal.

Amazing Property!

This has to be the best VRBO in Samara! The view is incredible from the condo, and it is fully equipped with anything you would need. Beach and pool towels, beach umbrellas and toys, pack n play for our baby, tons of kitchen utensils and tools, and a large tv, dining table, and lounge area. The upstairs master bedroom is massive and the views are even better! The pool is excellent with lots of lounge chairs and a shaded area, and there's an elevator that takes you straight there. The property is on a hill which gives it the great view. If the hill is too much, it's very easy to rent a golf cart or car through the property manager. The property manager was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They booked airport shuttles, golf cart rental, and also were there on site for our arrival and departure. Bill the owner was very quick to help and answer any questions. I highly recommend this VRBO!
