As we are certified with the “Austrian Eco-Label”, we take various measures in eco-friendliness and sustainability. One of these measures is that we no longer provide the small toiletires, as they produce enormous amounts of waste and plastic. Instead we offer eco-friendly bottles of hand soap at the sink and a body soap and shampoo combination in the shower. The products are of excellent quality. A friendly and helpful attitude towards our guests is very important to us, and the many excellent reviews we receive on this matter confirm it. We would like to assure you that our staff was not uninterested. On the contrary, they wanted to give you a free room upgrade but could not agree as to which room. We will make sure that such a situation is solved in a better way next time. The appointments for each room depend on the room category, and we try to describe these categories as transparently as possible. Although we do not offer a coffee machine, all rooms are equipped with the modern conveniences such as air conditioning (summer), free wifi, free tea and coffee making facilities, free mineral water, smart TV, and more, depending on the room category. As we are certified with the “Austrian Eco-Label”, we take various measures for the protection of our environment and sustainability.
