Topp service!
Lite hotell, topp fasiliteter generelt, oppgradert hotell. Ligger et par minutter gange fra gamlebyen. Super service. Ikke spesielt praktisk hotell hvis man bruker manuell rullestol.

It is always a pleasure to read positive comments from our guest, and it is a joy and very motivating for the entire Sacher Team when we achieved to make our guests experience a memorable one. We are indeed in a lucky position, to offer our guests a special location next to the Salzach river, sun terraces all day long and a short walking distance to the old town, as well to the wonderful Mirabell gardens. Vakkert tradisjonelt hotell med ideell beliggenhet
Nydelig hotell, eksklusiv og tradisjonell atmosfære. Lekre rom, oppmerksom og profesjonell betjening - alt slik et 5-stjernes hotell skal være. Kun prisen som kan være litt avskrekkende, men det var verdt det. Et sted å nyte.

Very nice staff. Very helpfull and servicemindet. The location was also very good. I can absolutt recommend this hotel. But next time I woluld have choose a room with view to old Salzburg.

Fantastisk beliggenhet og personale !
Dette hotellet anbefales på det varmeste. Personalet var veldig koslige og hjelpsomme, noe av det bedre jeg har vært på. Hotellet ligger også veldig bra til, kun 2 minutter gange fra gamlebyen. Rommene var pene og rene. Skal helt klart tilbake til dette hotellet neste gang jeg skal til salzburg.

Um desprazer ímpar a começar pelo check in . As 15:10 nos pediram mais 30 minutos para deixar nosso quarto pronto . Nos levaram ao CAFÉ SACHER e por 10 minutos tentaram um local para ficarmos sem sucesso ! Nosso quarto ficou pronto às 16 sem um único pedido de desculpas pela gerência do hotel . Primeiro pedido de room service veio exatamente ao contrário da observação que fiz . Academia um forno sem a menor climatização eficiente para uma atividade física . Um hotel em decadência … totalmente alheio ao foco no hóspede

A beautiful hotel in the ideal location in Salzburg. Comfortable rooms. However, service was not where it should’ve been for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was advertised as “included” (no prices on menus, no receipt at the end) - it is 50 euros per person per day. Wait times are excessive - it takes 45 minutes to get a coffee in the morning and drink at the bar alike. Food is not consistent (one day received two eggs, next day only received one - ordered the same thing) and served at different times for various members of the party. Disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Salzburg, and my overall experience was nothing short of delightful. The hotel's service was impeccable, the ambiance luxurious, and every aspect of my stay was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff exhibited a level of hospitality that is truly world-class. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The attention to detail and commitment to service excellence truly set Hotel Salzburg apart. The hotel itself exuded opulence, with tastefully decorated rooms and elegant common areas. The atmosphere was serene, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway. The amenities, for the most part, were impressive, contributing to the overall luxurious feel of the stay. However, it's worth noting that there were a few drawbacks that slightly marred an otherwise flawless experience. The limitations of the pool facilities were noticeable, especially when compared to other hotels of similar name and value. Additionally, during the evening turndown service, there were a few minor cleaning oversights that, while not egregious, were unexpected in a hotel of this caliber. Despite these minor hiccups, I must emphasize that everything else about my stay at Hotel Salzburg was perfect. The staff's commitment to providing a world-class experience overshadowed any shortcomings in amenities.

Schönes l(Luxus) Hotel
Sehr schönes traditionelles Hotel, sehr gute Lage. Das Zimmer war für den Preis relativ klein, das Frühstück für den Preis etwas zu teuer. Wir hatten bisschen Probleme mit den Lichtschalter, insbesondere wenn der Hauptschalter betätigt wird, dann sind auch die Steckdosen tot! So war das Handy uber Nacht nicht geladen!!!

Fabulous hotel with the best location and views in Salzburg but the room was very quiet. Right on the Salzach River. Easy walk to all the sights and even a small supermarket nearby. Expensive but totally worth it. Front desk good at arranging tours.

The property was a beautiful historic site. I was most impressed with the staff who I feel went above and beyond in terms of hospitality and friendliness. Each person from the concierge to the dining staff to the bellman did an exceptional job to welcome us for our short stay. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The property itself is very nice. The staff at the front desk and bar were wonderful. However the service is the restaurant was substandard.

We had the best experience at Hotel Sacher! After checking in, Linda had showed us to our room personally which I think is a really nice touch! She also explained the different dining options within the hotel which was really helpful. The hotel has great dining options so that if you’re tired after a long day of touring you can eat great quality food- the Nockerln from Sacher Grill is the best we’ve had during our trip! The rooms were very clean with practical amenities. And the hotel was very accommodating with arranging our airport transfers. Every staff member is so nice and welcoming. If we ever find ourselves in Salzburg in the future we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel and staff.
Perfect hotel for a quick visit to Salzburg. Wonderful staff that were there to meet any need we had. So attentive and friendly. Location walkable to most places. This was a wonderful place to stay. Our room was river view and worth the upgrade.
