Villa with pool, 2km from the sandy beaches

Near the beautiful sandy beaches of Torre Pali this cosy villa with a swimming pool offers a quiet hideaway in the countryside. The villa has been recently refurbished and offers stunning views of the sea especially at sunset. The swimming pool is large (4x10m) and is available from April to October or longer. The indoor is built in the typical limestone and has two fully air conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and large living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

On the outdoor patio you can dine al fresco and barbecue your freshly caught fish, choose to rest on the sunbeds or on the hammock. The outside space can be enjoyed during the day or at night thanks to its lighting. An external shower with hot water is ideal when you return from the sandy beaches nearby.

From the villa you can reach by car or bicycle the small village of Torre Pali with supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The beaches are also easily accessible, the private Lido Gold is one of the most exclusive of this stretch of coastline and the famous lido Maldive del Salento is 4km away.

The town of Santa Maria di Leuca is a 15min drive from the house and Gallipoli can be reached in under 30mins.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,44 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
