The recently built villa was constructed in accordance with the architectural tradition of the Salento region,
characterized by thick masonry walls externally coated in white lime and local stone, and interiors featuring “carparo”
with barrel and star-shaped vaults.
The property is nestled in a Mediterranean garden spanning approximately 7,000 square meters, bordered by traditional dry-stone walls, within a natural setting of exceptional beauty, featuring lush Mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, aromatic herbs, myrtle, rosemary, thyme, sage, and perennial reeds growing along the banks of ancient and picturesque rocky canals. Located in the heart of the “Territorio dei Fani,” a protected nature reserve, the villa boasts a unique location and offers a sea view that encompasses a stretch of the Ionian coast extending for tens of kilometers. Marina di Pescoluse is about 1.5 km from the villa and is known for its extensive beaches of fine white sand and crystal-clear waters, home to famous beach resorts such as “Maldive del Salento” “Le 5 Vele,”
. It is accessible via the coastal road and State Road 274, which provide easy access to all the other renowned neighboring towns such as Torre San Giovanni, Gallipoli, and Porto Cesareo, as well as interesting villages of great historical and artistic value like Patù, Salve, Presicce, Alessano, and Specchia. The area offers all necessary amenities, as well as a playground for children, shops, and a wide selection of restaurants serving local cuisine, pizzerias, bars, and nightclubs.
Santa Maria di Leuca “Finis Terrae,” the southernmost tip of Puglia where the Ionian Sea meets the Adriatic Sea, is just under 8 km from the villa.
The villa, nestled in a peaceful and secluded setting, features a beautiful pool, sun deck, and outdoor shower, as well as a covered patio with
a barbecue area, and a stone sink.
The interior spaces, all equipped with air conditioning, are laid out as follows:
- living room with a two-person sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette
- two double bedrooms (each with an additional single bed)
- two full bathrooms with showers (one of which is en suite)
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6–7 people in the two triple bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room.
