Le Liame di Anna is a one-of-a-kind retreat for 9 guest in two adiacent villas with a private garden. A cluster of ancient trulli transformed by talented architects into an estate where ancient stone and contemporary taste coexist in perfect harmony:

- Rooted in history: typical rural Salentine buildings in local stone, once used as shelter by farmers working the fields. Carefully restored, they are now living spaces of unique charm.

- Designed for togetherness, without sacrificing privacy: multiple independent units ensure everyone has their own space.

- Salentine countryside, less than 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Pescoluse.



The Space:

The property comprises two independent buildings, adjacent to one another around a shared courtyard, giving guests the feeling of having an entire private ancient estate at their disposal, surrounded by the quiet stillness of the Salentine countryside.



The main liama features a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, a charming dining area, and a distinctively designed kitchen that blends traditional lines with a modern aesthetic. A corridor leads to a second spacious bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a large round table — perfect for a snack or for working. Two shower bathrooms complete the building.



The second structure was born from the restoration of ancient trulli. It includes a double bedroom with a dining table, a welcoming traditional kitchen, a second double bedroom tucked inside the original trullo, and two bathrooms — one of which is also set within one of the ancient trulli.



Outside, countless nooks, terraces and patios offer spaces for shared meals or quiet relaxation while taking in the views over the Salentine countryside. Two outdoor showers are available for a refreshing rinse beneath the open sky.



The Neighborhood:

The property sits in the locality of Fani, in the open countryside between olive groves and vineyards, just outside the village of Salve — one of the most authentic corners of southern Salento, far from the noise of the tourist coast yet perfectly connected to everything worth seeing.



- The beaches of Pescoluse, known as the "Maldives of Salento", are just 3 km away. Fine white sand, shallow crystal-clear waters on the Ionian Sea — some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Puglia.

- Salve (5 min): The nearest village, a quiet and genuine Salentine borgo with local shops, bars and a lovely historic centre.

- Presicce (15 min): One of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy, with a stunning historic centre, underground olive mills and traditional architecture carved in local stone.

- Santa Maria di Leuca (20 min): The southernmost tip of the Salento peninsula, where the Adriatic and Ionian seas meet. A dramatic and evocative place, with clifftop villas and a scenic waterfront.



Getting Around:

The property is located in the countryside near Salve, in the southern tip of Puglia. We strongly recommend renting a car — it's the easiest way to get around and reach the beaches.

The nearest airport is Brindisi (about 1h 30min by car). Bari airport is also an option, roughly 2 hours away. Both offer car rental services directly on site.



Other Things to Note:

Early or late check-in, late check-out, and extra sets of linen or towels may incur a small additional fee payable upon arrival.

As check-in is in person, we kindly ask that you keep our check-in hours in mind and let us know your expected arrival time as soon as possible.

In compliance with Italian law, all guests must complete digital registration with a valid ID before check-in.

At the time of online check-in, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax.

The building are non-smoking, and we kindly ask guests to respect the quiet residential setting.
