We have Wi-fi with high speed connection, so you don't miss that series you are addicted to, or that important work e-mail!

Our kitchen is complete, with electric cooktop, microwave, electric oven (44L), that is, all the equipment you may need to prepare your food.

The building also has a laundry area with a washer and dryer, ready for your use, and a rotating parking space on a first-come, first-served basis;

- Gym, Pool, leisure areas and coworking space.

- We remind you that it is important to check with the reception which areas require a request to ensure access.

- The pool is closed for maintenance and therefore is not available on Mondays.

The building is 10 minutes walk from the Porto da Barra beach, and only 5 minutes walk from the Barra Lighthouse. The place is 25 km away from the airport.

Access and use of the common areas and amenities of the condominium are subject to the preventive sanctions and ordinances in support of the fight against COVID-19.

Barra is a noble neighborhood in the city of Salvador.

With a privileged and unique location, where it is possible to see both sunrise and sunset directly from the sea.

It is bathed on one side by the Atlantic Ocean and on the other by the Bay of All Saints. Wich holds in its landscape a vibrant historical and cultural heritage treasured to the nation, such as the Forts of Santa Maria and São Diogo, and the famous Barra Lighthouse. Its beaches: Porto da Barra and Farol beach are ideal for diving in their warm, calm, and crystalline waters.

Barra also has a great variety of bars, restaurants and cafes for the convenience of the tourist.

The building is at the beginning of the carnival circuit, you can enjoy the party safely, and you can come and go on foot. Without worrying about transportation costs for the return!
